Good value for a central SF location. The location in Chinatown is fantastic for visiting a large portion of downtown. Helpful staff.
Small room, thin walls - so you can hear your neighbours. It's not a 5* hotel so don't expect too much.
Friendly staff. Clean room. Great location. Would recommend to others.
Location was great. We could walk literally everywhere. Wifi was great. Nice staff.
Beds were a little small. Rooms are very small. We could hear people walking on the room above us.
The room was very small, dirty and cold. Way overpriced for the poor quality of the service. One of the worse places I have ever seen.
Location and room price. if you just neew a place to keep your luggage and guick sleep, this is the place!
Beds are for people under 170cm. There was also some renovation going on and was not informed about it.
The hotel is is on the south edge of Chinatown and is very near Union Square and the Financial District. It is a 10 minute walk to the Moscone Center. The other hotel guests were quiet and the street noise moderate. The staff was good. The bed was decent, not great, but comfortable. Overall, the hotel was clean and housekeeping good. This is not a fancy property--just a decent, competent one in a good location for a good price.
The WiFi was very slow--always less than 1 Mbps and sometimes much less. I ended up tethering to my phone to get work done.
-Location -Friendly and helpful staff -Value for money
-The lack of light in the room -The rooms facing the street seem a little bit noisy (we weren't facing the street though)
there is old room. I hate it not clean and very samll. However, next day I changed to another room in the 6th floor which is comfortable and clean
Staff quickly booked a tax for airport.
Room is different from what I seen at web, but not bad.
The only comment I have is that the bed was comfortable.
After coming off an International Flight and to be met on arrival by two very rude, abrupt staff members who were more interested in feeding their faces rather than process our booking. Requested toilet paper from reception, during the night which never came. Thank god my wife had a box of tissues with her. As frequent travellers, we would rate your hotel as a highly over priced "Backpackers/Hostel". Rest assured that we will not be recommending your hotel to any of our friends. In closing, I passed a letter of complaint to the manager on the morning of departure
the staff are very friendky and helpful!
- The location is excellent. - the room was clean and everything was properly sorted although the building its is so old. - Wi-Fi was "very good"
- the receptionist never smiled or said hello. They intentionally try to avoid tenants. I tried to say Thank You when I checked-in he didn't say anything, I said Hi later and he gave me his back. Then I realized that greeting is not welcomed here! - The room is so small. No A/c and the window can only open for inches. Luckily I checked-in in winter so that I didn't need A/c. However, if you plan to book for summer it is NOT a good idea. - No isolation, I could easily hear what people were saying in next rooms plus your sleep can be easily disturbed if someone walks in the corridor.
Localization Clean Excellent Wifi in the bedroom My room was recently renewed
Small room - which is not a problem for few days
Very good location, parking nearby and very clean
The best is location! We have had a good stay in SF. Chinese breakfast is also very good at restaurant near hotel namely P&R restaurant.
The price was good, i stayed 4 days for 300$ so its not that expensive, and the staff are really nice and polite, when i checked out i asked for a taxi and it took a while to arrive and the receptionist kept apologizing and got mad for making me wait, he even called the cap service to yell at them!
The location was terrible!! It was sooo noisy i couldnt sleep! And there was a heater in the room that kept making a buzzing sound which was so annoying. The mattress was dirty and yellowish (ew) and the sheets smelled!
Water pressure in the shower is great.
The beds are over due to be changed. They sag towards the center, creating a valley. The shower stall is so small a large person could not fit.
Room was small, but adequate, bathroom was clean, lots of hot water. Though we had a view it was quiet.
location close to the centre
Room was too small to live. No breakfast.
The facilities, or rather the lack of them in the room.
Clean sheets, towels changed regularly, best of all locality.
Lack of vacuuming in the room as I found dirty towels, socks, chips under the bed. Creaking floorboards - terrible.
The staff was very friendly and helpful good location for walking and getting to the Bart and bus The rooms aren't big but comfortable.
the bathroom was small the elevator could be better especially when it stops
Clean and tidy Has a lift, and was supplied with a kettle. Good location Staff friendly and helpful.
Bit noisy at times Needed a fridge
