Great location in China Town. Close to California St. Cable car but a fair walk to other transport. Good gift shopping and restaurants nearby. This was our second stay and our room was much bigger than last time. Our room had opening windows but it was noisy. Friendly staff. You must use airport to door shuttle or taxi (and reverse) if you have bags. Steep hills. No breakfast available but a cafe and a Starbucks are nearby. Guest use Internet is available but is expensive and slow. |

Most of the desk staff were very helpful and seemed to be reliable when requesting shuttle service for eg. When my remote did not work it was fixed quite quickly. Although some of the rooms are small everything seems to work like hair dryer, TV phone etc. I think the cost for internet usage is unreasonable. There was no advice regarding public transport system like maps etc. I think it should be offered to guests.I think potential guests needs to know the size of the room they book and the view for eg inside or outside view. My one room had big windows which could open and the next one could hardly open. |

Convenient to China Town Steep area of San Francisco so unless you get a taxi to the door, getting there with bags is diffiult. Our twin room was very small. |

The bed was extremely comfortable with many pillows. The staff was very very nice. Every single person said greeted me and made me feel at home. Service was fantastic. Location was great. Very clean! I did not anticipate paying for parking. However, the hotel gives a discounted rate that is much cheaper than the surrounding garages. |

La ubicacion, se encuentra cerca de ls lugares turisticoss de la ciudad, entre muchos, Chinetown. El mobiliario y ropa de cama estan deteriorados, no tiene restaurante y por lo tanto no incluyen desayunos, igualmente no respetan el precio de internet, en la primera noche nos ofrecieron una habitacion mas cara. |

Nada. Lo peor es que cuando hace frío, apagan la calefacción por la noche. La dejan 1-2 horas, y luego la apagan. El hotel es una mugre, es incómodo y por el mismo precio se consiguen cosas mejores, si uno busca con algo de paciencia. Cobran 5 dólares por 20 minutos de internet en el lobby. Cobran 50 centavos diarios por usar un locker barato como caja de seguridad. Nada en absoluto, ni siquiera la atención. |

Hôtel situé idéalement en plein coeur de San Francico. La chambre occupée est assez petite mais les lits sont très confortables. L'isolation sonore aussi bien entre les chambres et le couloir, qu'au niveau des fenêtres est assez mauvaise. Les bouchons d'oreille sont recommandés pour dormir au mieux. L'accès à internet devrait être gratuit de nos jours. |

Erg vriendelijk personeel uiterst behulpzaam. de ligging is erg gunstig alleen de auto parkeren is een beetje lastig en kost 22 dollar per dag Tis een beetje rommelig oud hotel maar voor deze prijs en vooral ligging niet te veel zeuren |
