I liked the location.

No, coffee, or breakfast snacks.

The location couldn't be better, especially for the price! We did not rent a car, so the central location was perfect for being able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The city tour and the awesome Napa winery tour we took both left from the Ferry Building, which was a very walkable distance from this hotel. Our room was very clean and well- appointed for a small hotel.

The bed was pretty hard, but after walking all day we slept well anyway.

Location in Chinatown was excellent, not far from shopping areas, good restaurants and connections to buses, trams and BART. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The free internet connection worked perfectly. The single room with a bathroom was not too spacious but comfortable. The room was well cleaned and towels changed daily. With the low prices I would definitely recommend this place!

The walls were very thin, and one night other guests in the same floor partied nearly until the morning. Also, I would suggest to ask for a room located near the inner courtyard as I imagine the traffic might bother some. It would have been great to have a fridge in the room..

The staff were very helpful, the location is excellent and the price is good.

The walls were kind of thin, so when some noisy neighbors came back after 1am, it was disturbing. This was not the hotel's fault, just inconsiderate guests.

The best things are the location and the price. Period. The staff was friendly and the sheets were clean.

The biggest problem was the noise! I was in an interior room, so the street noise wasn't a problem, but the floor boards were *very* loud, and there was little to no soundproofing between floors or adjacent rooms. I brought a noisemaker and ear plugs, so I slept ok, but I couldn't imagine sleeping otherwise. Luxuries like shampoo/conditioner, a tea/coffeemaker and cable are also not happening here. It's a place to lay your head for the night.

Location! Right in Chinatown, in the city centre, close to everything. Room was basic but great value for money.

Location, at the heart of Chinatown, 5 min away from Market Street/Powell. Great value for money. The rooms have undergone some renovation in the last two years and now they have flat screens instead of the old TVs they used to have.

Rooms facing the street are a bit noisy, mainly because the windows do not really close properly. But it has always been so :)

Ended up paying more than the quote at the time of booking.

It was clean and cheap, and in a convenient location.

The walls were super, super thin, so it was really easy to hear people talking in the hallway, the neighbor's shower, and the people above us walking around early in the morning. It was also kind of small, but not bad.

My room was small, ok I picked a budget deal so to be expected. Thin walls, noisy floorboards in room above.

Location was great....lot of local atmosphere, and yet quiet at night.

The beds where not comfortable. No coffee maker.

Good location - bart, buses, Starbucks, Apple store, everything is nearby. They immediately checked me in when I arrived several hours before official check-in hour. Big bathroom, lots of place for teethbrush and stuff.

Very noisy. I could perfectly hear my neighbors' conversation, footsteps in corridor. Small bed (about 1.8m/5.9ft long and 50cm/20inch wide). May be it's ok if you not so tall, but it was awful night for me - I couldn't even stretch
