Grant hotel hadde flott beliggenhet - gåavstand til det meste. Rommet var greit. Renhold var greit. Det står at prisen inkluderer frokost. Frokosten bestod av donuts og muffins. Selv om man ikke legger listen høyt for frokost i USA kunne det med fordel vær satt frem et fat med frukt til de som ikke ønsker å starte dagen med et tonn sukker. Frokostblanding er heller ikke dyrt og lett å håndtrere. |

Good value and lower parking fee than other nearby hotels. Would have liked a hair dryer in the room as in most hotels these days. |

Very good localization, walking distance to Union Square and very easy to take the cable car. The room is very little, ok to a couple. Breakfast is ok and free internet. Cleaning was ok. The service of the parking lot is very bad during the morning. Be prepared to 15 minutes delays to your tours if you´re going by car. Not hotel´s fault, but it´s true. |

a hotel worth the money; the room was clean, the personnel was friendly and there was free internet access (two computers in the lobby, free access on the rooms). coffee with sweet cakes as breadfast (self service in the lobby). |

Cant say much I was just in the room to sleep but the staff I have to say they were very curtious since the 1st day i arrived until the day I left Apparently there was one thing I that discussed me. I might say the bathroom tub should need a little cleaning. I found hair that was not necessary to see. You might want to have that clean a little bit more often |

Not much, they gave out good maps. The Asians at the front desk tended to be more helpful. The hotel smelled like the same chemicals they use to clean airplane bathrooms,it was in all the hallways. The crampedness of the room. My room was essentially shafted, facing into the wall of the next building. Location was so-so, the walk from the subway is uphill.It wasn't a horrid stay, just an average one. |

Close to many restaurants. Close to the Geary Theatre and The Curan Theatre. Close to Macys, Parking across the street. Great mattress. Close to Union Square. Cable car at the corner. Coffee machine. Incredible price for a downtown hotel! |

Proximity to city centre and waterfront. The cleanliness of the room and also the price of the accommodation. Builders refurbishing at 800am, lack of coffee making facilities in room, lack of internet access in room. |

The hotel was fine, however Booking.com charged me more than the price listed at the hotel on the front door! The site helped me locate the hotel, but I will always check other options before agreeing to the site's price! |

Location is great, comfort & complimentary breakfast is just enough, free PC's with internet always extremely useful. Overall a very good choice both for business and and leisure travellers. (the pretty steep block on Powel is anyway a good exercise) No view from side rooms (but really quiet). |

Hotel should not give rooms on the floor that being under renovation. From part of the rooms the view from window is wall of adjacent building - almost no natural light in the room. No window or any ventilation in the bathroom. No air conditioner. Heating is central, but did not work part of the time. No Hair dryer . |
