Clean room. Great price. Only 1 lamp had a lightbulb. Bed not comfortable, need new pillows. Not a good sleep.

The Staff were great; ever so friendly and kind. The room was clean and basis with no wasteful frills. And the area was quiet at night. I WILL be staying there everytime I have business in Benton I hated to have to leave so early. But that was my schedule, not the motel's fault.

Easy to find. Appearance and smell of front desk/office was not very welcoming. The curtains did not block out the bright light of the nearby gas station. The room, while basically clean, needed paint touch-up and furniture updating.

Gray Plaza Motel is in a good location and easy to find Gray Plaza Motel was not cleaned very well and the bathroom was in poor condition The bed and bedding smelled musty
