Score from 133 reviews Wonderful
I loved the location with the Grizzly and Wolf Center near by. As treaty holder we are able to hunt buffalo outside of the park. We never saw any but rented snowmobiles and put 45 miles on them.
Room #227 the most uncomfortable lopsided bed.
Once in awhile, you come across an area where everything seems to work hand in hand. Although some people wouldn't like what goes on here, I feel in love with West Yellowstone. Real people real life real nice. To be able to snowmobile to the bank, a restaurant, fueling station. Unreal. The Gray Wolf in was also unreal. Great staff, very accommodating. Free parking, indoors. And loads of room to park the toys.
Need better breakfast selection.
Mattress was too soft
Staff was great, breakfast was well stocked, and I liked that you could get a cup of hot chocolate later if you liked also.
The internet was really weak, probably the location.
Great bed and location, very friendly staff. Really close to Yellowstone west entrance.
Breakfast could be better.
You don't go to West Yellowstone for luxury, but it's nice after a long drive to have a comfortable room and bed. Grey Wolf Inn provided that- great sleep, great location, and a pool to keep kids entertained in the evening.
This hotel is newer, with comfortable beds. Staff was helpful.
The hotel was full the night we stayed, so the halls were busy with kids running up and down them. They did quiet down before it got too late.
Wi fi connections was poor.
The location was close enough to downtown to walk to restaurants, etc.
The AC/Heat controls were terrible. There is no way you could keep the fan on constantly so the room went from cold to hot all night long. Also, the (hot) breakfast buffet was the worst we have encountered, with only Eggo waffles as their hot selection.
Near to many attractions and the park.
Oven was not clean at all. WiFi was spotty.
The highest daily paid during my trip. The hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable. Attentive staff. While the average daily value of my trip was $ 130, this hotel stood at $ 220. The Internet is not good, perhaps by geographic isolation of the region. The breakfast area is small for the amount of guests, or you stand waiting or serves and back to eat in the room. Despite the small negatives, a great hotel. If Yellowstone again, try another cheaper. If not found, it will return to host me.
well, just about everything......honestly....!!!!!! the hot tub closed a bit early for me but that's the way it goes awesome.... i will stay there again next year
the fact that i couldn't stay another night..!!!! i was bummed
Hotel recepcion desk Sammantha made all her efforts to be rude, and definitely non-attentive response. I would definitely not count with such a person to be in front of customers. All in all is an average hotel with quite old facilities and rooms and a null concept for service.
location relative to Yellowstone NP
Walls are too thin-neighbors kept us up A/C won't allow you to run fan all of the time to help drown out noisy walls Pillows are poor Continental breakfast is poorly stocked
excellent location at the West entrance to Yellowstone NP spacious rooms
poor Wifi not very diverse breakfast totally overpriced
The location was close to the park entrance
We asked for a pack n play for a 9 month old and they did't have one even though they said they would have it in the room when I called. Had to put the mattress on the floor with Mom & Dad sleeping with the baby.
The hotel do not have a elevator. Breakfast is not good.
30 seconds from Yellowstone Park's West Entrance. Nice Room Good Pool and Hot Tub Very Friendly and Helpful Staff
Separate kitchen & sofa & TV.
WIFI was a little spotty once in a whie.
We got an upgrade for free. Suite with kitchen! Great, it was nesseccary because breakfast room was too small for that large hotel.
Location, comfy bed, continental bfast good.
Bad shower head, high price.
The hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. Location is very convenient. I like having a separate mirror, sink area from the bathroom.
Beds were hard, woke up with sore back. It was hard to control the temp. in the room.
Everything. They were great.
The rooms are definitely not sound proof (paper thin). The only thing modern in this hotel is the CFL bulbs and hotel control over the a/c temperature. Any issues that you may have will go on deaf ears with hotel staff. For any guest parties that gave this hotel flying colors has definitely not ventured out. The main issue is the facility demand for West Yellowstone. If there was more choice hotels management would respect patrons issues and work to resolve matters. Bottom line, do your homework.
