I liked the fact thst the room was clean and just repainted. It was very nicely done as far as the bathroom goes and the great room.
I didn't like the fact that it was just painted, and I could smell the paint to the point hwhere I couldn't rest well. Also, no inuslation as I could hear others in the motel area. Also, no alram clocks and they wouldn't do a wake up call!
Big size rooms
Mold, smell, sink in main part of room. No screens and no curtains. Dirty old carpet w/ bad smell.
The bed was nice size and pretty comfortable.
The room was HUGE and seemed so bare. For the cost of the room I expected a bit more. Maybe a fridge, a microwave? I would tell anyone who thought about staying there to seriously reconsider!
The air conditioning smelled like ben gay. Hard to breathe in. Couldnt plug up the jacuzzi tub. Took 4 different staff to help with one issue. No breakfast.
Air conditioner did not work. Stains on the rug. Bathroom too small.
Manager was nice. Super hot water for shower! Coffee and coffee pot in room.
Heater did not work. Kept throwing breaker. Manager brought us an xtra blanket. 12:22 am some commotion with women screaming at man "get out" over and over. 1:39 am two women banging on door upstair unit for approx. 10 mins looking for a man, High heels clacking on deck upstairs. Then "party like atmosphere" for the next half hour. Only 2 pillows,no "xtra" pillows or blankets or towels in unit. Other building was in "remodel". There are NO xtra's to this hotel. No screens on windows either.
It was spacious and clean
The bed looked so welcoming until you got in it. Too soft and the pillows were very soft. Like sinking in them. Bathtub needs reno. No bath towel or bath slip mat. Had to ask for some hand soap.
It was quite and comftrable and clean big tv big bed perfect
The room was clean, with the carpet just recently installed. The bed was comfortable. The room was large for a motel room. The internet was easy to hookup to and was fairly fast. Also had no problems with cell phone service.
The toilet was very low. The shower head was low, but did work well. There was no exhaust fan.
Room was large, clean, easy in & out no problems
A grandma & 17 yr. old girl, Our dead bolt did not work, and the porch light was out. Wasn't comfortable with that.
The staff was nice
Bad TV.Not enough pillows
Due to unforeseen busyness (tournaments, weddings, festivals) in the surrounding area of the I-5 between Tacoma all the way South to Vancouver, WA we couldn't find a place to stay on our way from Seattle to Astoria, OR. We finally did find Grays Harbor Inn & Suites and were glad we did. An excellent and friendly staff, large room, and good facilities.
Good location in outskirts of town. Pleasant helpful staff
Broken windows. No screens on front Windows. The staff did try to get a screen to fit. When they didn,t find one that fit they taped one to the outside. No screens on rear windows. Room smelled of mold/strong disenfectant. Pillows smelled very bad. No toiltet paper holder. Shower head mounted way too low...and that is from someone who is only 5'-6" tall. Slow and no wifi with almost no download ability. This is not the level one would expect to pay for a room that cost over 100 dollars a night. I made a mistake in choosing this place. I'm sure the owners were doing the best with what they have but the
No cell or internet connection.
The toilet would not flush unless you held the lever down for a minute. Mattress were too soft and uncomfortable. Shower head was too low for the average person.
next to Elks lodge
Place being redone but looks messy. Probably good after completing it. No breakfast, coffee in room but no pot. Lol
Was in a great place for our leaving to go down the coast. the rooms were good. Newly renovated. One of out group did have to change rooms a couple of time, due to a water issue in one and the other had a bad smell which was a bit of a drag.
Breakfast was a little sparse.
not really on grays harbor refurbishment not complete - noowel racks,no luggage stand, paint drips in various places, no window screens
We had no running water for 5 hours after we checked in, my friend and I are older disabled adults and they gave us a upstairs unit and wouldnt switch us out, they said they had coffee in rooms but there was no machine and when we asked 2 times for machine we got one but no coffee. The place was smelly and dirty. They are in the process of remodeling and should not have been renting! Then they charged us a price that was 3 times the amount it should have been because it was a holiday. When we asked for our money back the staff and owners were very rude, please dont stay there!!!
The staff were very friendly they were renovating and updating the rooms so the rooms were in better condition then I expected and best of all they fulfilled my request to get a 2 bed that became available free of charge
Across the street from apartments
The rooms had a terrible odor... really, really bad. The sink would NOT drain. The bathroom had hair all over it and was dirty. I could barely get the knobs in the bathroom to turn on to take a shower and then the shower head was about 4 feet tall. It looks like they are remodeling the rooms/new ownership and trying to improve the place. They need to shut the entire place down until it is decent to rent out. This is by far the most terrible experience I have ever had. BEWARE!!!! P.S. the pictures on the internet are nothing like what you get.
Staff were really friendly.
Older hotel. Hotel was going through renos while staying.
The hotel is under new management and appear to be working hard to up grade all their rooms.
Our room had been renovated, but was missing standard items such as a bath mat, coffee and a coffe pot carafe, as well as some furniture. Besides the easily fixed things, the bed was uncomfortable, the shower pathetic. I'd give this hotel at least another 6 months before booking a room.
