There is plenty to do for the kids. Christmas activities with Santa are top notch Close to outlets
The beds were not comfortable Temperature of the room was never consistant (either too cold or too hot) Lack of quality food on or close to the hotel
It is a fun & comfortable place to stay. We especially like the arcade.
Food prices are high at the snack bar in the water park. This was our 3rd visit, & our room was not made up properly, the housekeeping staff was a little lax as compared to our previous trips.
Called 7 times for noise complaints . Sent security up four times they did nothing. Soon as they left drunken people beside our room yelled screamed music on till 3am not good customer service!!!!
Friendly staff. Very helpful. Clean comfortable room.
Adventure trek costly, A nine dollar hotdog at snack bar. Allowing infants in Lazy river. Actually saw a month old baby floating in tube with woman!
Convenience and access to water park.
Beds are too soft. People upstairs were very loud, child running back and forth until about 11pm and started again at 6am. That and the extremely uncomfortable bed made for a long night and long day.
Loved that our nights stay included access to 6 Flags, we did not know that. The kids enjoyed the surfing on the infinate wave pool, we enjoyed having areas to relax and socialize outside of the room. Check in was not as long as written in reviews.
The beds were not too comfortable, the phone number to call to ask questions prior to arrival took about twenty minutes on hold to connect with the front desk. Staff was very vague on the phone. In person, they were very accomodating and friendly.
It was a little further for us to travel there but all in all will go again. To get a family oriented hotel with and indoor waterpark and outdoor adventure park all in one was fantastic. We all enjoyed ourselves very much. October was a good time to go for the Halloween theme
Everything was convenient for the kids to use, water park, arcade, etc. Very family oriented hotel. Nice staff, clean hotel.
Didn't care for the layout of the bathroom, sink area in our room. I would try another room next time. No privacy with a group of people in the room.
I loved the water park set up and the activities for the kids.
The water in lazy river was extremely cold. Our lips were purple within the first half hour. With water being freezing we couldn't really enjoy the property. Our room was dirty with hair on the heater and tub. We spent two weekends in one month and both stays were not enjoyable. The first time the water wasn't at correct temp and also 45% of wand game wasn't working. Second trip some of the games looked fixed room was dirty an water was freezing. I don't think we will stay again
there was noise late night like fireworks, but other than that we had a great time
Great deal! Room was big, didn't like the orientation of the tv but overall great trip.
Our kids are 11 and 6 and they had a great time. They really enjoyed the indoor water park. They also enjoyed the new guardian game!
I liked the location and the fact that the six flags park was within walking distance.
The indoor water park was a bit small and it wasnt a great value as far as bang for your buck, this is an issue for someone like myself with 2 kids.
The beds were very uncomfortable. The rooms were clean but not impeccable. The water park was very small with the biggest slide not open. Very expensive for what you get and the quality. Very mediocre. Will never stay again.
Staff very friendly and efficient. Checked us in immediately which was great after traveling! The beds are super comfortable. The room could have been cleaner....chips/crumbs left on kitchen area counter and the room smelled very musty but I guess that's the nature of the place. We dry off before going from the water park into our room. Some people walk soaking wet down the halls which make the carpets smell. Overall it is a fun place for a great value and we will return again.
Water park was great. Very attractive looking place. Spotless!
My brother and I went to the Adirondack Nationals and stayed at this hotel. While it was a little out of the way from the action we were glad we found it. Next year my brother plans to bring the grandchildren. It's definitely the place to stay when traveling with children. The Tavern turned out to be a good choice for dinner. Our food was very good.
I was a little surprised that my wine was served in an acrylic glass. That was a bit tacky. Apparently there was a wedding event at the hotel that night which was a little noisy.
The Lodge itself was really pretty and comfy. The decor was rustic, and the rooms were very large, and even with 4 people and a baby in our room, we still had space. The staff was very nice, and helpful.
I would only like a sink and another mirror in bathroom. The sink and mirror was outside of the bathroom.
I liked that my kids had a smile for our entire stay.
Pricing is a bit on the high side. You should also offer a drink cup for both the Lodge as well as the park.
We loved our room. It was spacious and clean other than the rug. We really enjoyed the arcade and water park. Also it was very handy to have the restaurants on site.
The rug in room had a lot of stains on it. It was gross. We kept our shoes/sandles on all the time. I think if the great escape passes hadn't been included we would have stayed else where. $418.00 tx incl. is expensive for a 19 hr stay in hotel.
A little expensive for one night.
Even if a day it was raining the kids can go an play in the waterparks indoor.
Many things, with big known place I would have expected more accessibilities, beds much more confortable, to have access to the outside waterparks not only inside or at least include one free day...when you travel with 4 children not evident...Plus the arcades were nice but gifts mostly for kids from 3-8 when accumulating more than 1000 you needed to spend again money... noises in the room and informing the front desk and nothing was done from 11h45pm until 1h30 because we had to fall asleep... over all I would not go there again...
Tons for all to do under one roof
The check in line is always long. No one wants to wait when the kids see the water park and want to have fun. Other than that I wouldn't change a thing.
There is a lady named Carmen, she is a pleasure to have working with your staff!! She helped me in many ways and she is very kind..You should have more people like her!!
Nothing at all :0)
Had a blast, fun for all ages.
Parking tight, got some scratches on car in parking lot. Not to happy about that.
