All was good---my grandchildren had a terrific time.

the staff in rockets where fabulous the kids loved the water park and the arcade and johnny rockets the staff were fun

they did not honored our booking price of 70.00 charged me 240.00 for one nite. the checkin clerk said she had no way to varify the booking prie so i got charged full price i will not go back!!!!!!!!!!!

The shower head & plenty of hot water/The people who staffed the gift shops were very friendly/Quantity & quality of life guards/Accomadating housekeeping staff/ My daughter had a massage & she seemed to like that/The decor/Tall Pines Restaurant had good food, service,& value./Costumed character/Pleasant smelling soap & shampoo/Memory foam topper on bed. :)

We booked 2 rms for 3 nights. When we checked in the Lodge only had 1 rm reserved for us & denied having been informed otherwise. They were able to provide us with an adjoining rm. But charged us the unreserved "check -in" rate. We noticed when checking out that we were being charged differently for each of the same exact rm. We had to "remind" the same man who checked us in, & asked to copy our reservation print out for his boss, about the discrepency. He then adjusted the rate; but had we not noticed or questioned the charges,we would have overpaid. /Johnny Rocket's was a disappointment in food, service, & price.; The lunch bar at the pool very overpriced($9 for a hot dog, fries & a drink) /The local "things to do" in the area periodical was hidden by the vending machines rather than being presented in the room./We didn't understand why the lifeguards had to perform that strange hand movement at each end of their walking section; we thought the 1st one we saw had ocd! :{ magazine

This place was cleaner (and cuter) than the other big name hotel/waterpark! this was our second visit and it will not be our last!!

can you please make the water a little warmer??

The indoor waterpark was a lot of fun and not very crowded

Very clean and comfortable. They had alot of fun activities for the kids. I felt safe being there with just myself and my small 4 children. I left a few items behind when I checked out and they mailed the items to me- who does that? I will highly recommend this place -great time!

They seemed a bit understaffed and the fact that resort fees were added to my bill- I was only told that taxes would be added and the resort fees were alot. I booked on line through a 3rd party.Not a great selection for food for little kids/families.

I liked the rate of room it was very good and the room was excellent we enjoyed it very much.

I didn't like how rude some of the lifefaurds were.

I liked that you can come and go all day long at the water park. The hotel was very clean. The characters dancing in the lobby was nice. I like that you are allowed to stay and use the water park after you check out. We had a great time.

The wait to check in should have gone faster. There was only 1person checking in.

water park was great. Johnny rocket was fantastic.

Room didn't get cleaned. Noisy all night long. Running through the hallways and banging and yelling all threw the night.

The Waterpark was awesome! Besides managment the staff was very nice.

A child staying in the room above us was screaming and crying all night both nights we were there. The first night our ac was broke in the room and it was boiling hot. Next we found a dirty sock in our bed! When we checked out I told the staFf about everything that happened and they did absolutly nothing. Sad because we won't ever stay there again.

The kids had a blast of water park was fantastic The park was perfect For all ages

The room was not very clean Chocolate and candy was still left on a railing Stains on the carpet Would not recommend Johnny rockets if you stay there

The service was horrible! We asked 2 times for a crib for the baby and both times I was told yes we have them and it will be brought to your room immediatly but we never got one. Our fridge in the room leaked water wicked soaking all clothes near it, the fake wood casing around entertainment stand was broke and had exposed wood staples/nails that both my 2 year old and 5 year old got cut on. For $800.00 I am not very impressed at all. And the pool area is a joke. We waited in line for ovet an hour for a water slide just to make it to the top n be told the slide was closed n we had to turn around. I am so mad and feel totally ripped off. We were supposed to take the other kids next weekend but at that price it wont happen ever again

The hotle room was clean, spacious and mattresses were very comfortable.

The water park is extremely loud. The bathrooms and locker rooms adjacent to the waterpark were absolutely filthy. Check in at at 4 and check out at 11 doesn't give water park users any freedom to use the water park without hauling all of their things back out to car first.

I thought the water park was great for the kids and I like the idea that the hotel is kids friendly.

You need more of a variety of places to eat. Something in between Johnny Rockets and Tall Trees.

Aquatic park staff was really engaged to solve my booking problem you can bring your food to enjoy by the pool/park

Price for one night does not compensate 2 days of aquatic park poor option for breakfast, lunch and diner inside the hotel awful cleaning at the bathrooms in the aquatic park not so good hot shower in the room (small and no water "power") if you want to rest, take note that the 23h curfew is only valid at 23h! So, if you had a family of 5 or 4 just right above you making extremely noise, the staff can't do nothing and you can only enjoy your $400 sleep after 23h. no option for healthy food, just junkie food

I did not like the fact that the room walls were so thin.The family next door had young children that were VERY loud and woke us up very early.

The friendlyness of the staff !!!!

The room set-up , leaves much to be desired. should be broken down into two small rooms rather then one big open space. House keeping not to good.

We had a wonderful time at the water park

I didn't like that we couldn't bring towels from park to our room. My infant son was shivering. I also didn't like that one life guard allowed us on the rides while another said no. There wasn't consistency.

They had the Easter Bunny there for the kids

1. Room was awful - Pee stains on the mattress, the sheet that covers the mattress wasnt washed. We slept on the couch. 2. The main Restuarant - we waited a half an hour at the front booth to be seated, NOT ONE STAFF MEMBER acknowledge we were there ...

We were smiling, laughing and swimming the whole time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a great place to stay with our boy (12) and have some good Ole' fun in the water!!

The front faces the highway - it should of been built facing the other way.

I have been to the lodge with my family every year since their opening. It is a great place that I do not have to travel far to get to and helps with the winter blues. I describe as driving 40 min and arriving in a tropical climate. We absolutely love it!

We went for the indoor water park, disappointed it was COLD we didn't want to go in the water. Next time we trying Great Wolf

We had a wonderful evening away, a much needed reprive to break up the winter!

The hotel was under some construction. It wasn't too bothersome to us but we overheard others who were pretty upset by the rennovations.

Waterpark was great fun for kids, but a little dated. Johnny Rockets Restaurant was conveniently on premises, reasonably priced (Much more so than waterpark grill) and lots of fun for kids 3-14.

Waterpark could use an update. All surfaces were stone which was easy to slip on and we all got scraped up on the lazy river. Grill at Waterpark was ridiculously overpriced.
