Big room and lots of space. Close to airport.
Very clean, spacious room. We travelled with 4 adults in 1 room had plenty of space.
There were guests openingly drinking Whiskey and Beer in the pool area, there were open empty bottles of beer around the hot tub and pool. I confronted the lifeguard and the front desk staff and no corrective action was taken. The pool was murky and had hair and garbage in it. Very dissappointing for our young children!
Typical HI Express, very comfortable, All necessary conveniences, clean, location great if you're looking to do any shopping.
Very noisy with kids, staff do not appear very professional, make sure you get to the breakfast area early - it's an extremely busy and congested area.
Bugs in the room
Location Free breakfast Pool
I dont know what it was but my wife did nkt work past 1 am. .. It needs to be fixed
Very clean, friendly staff, great breakfast every morning.
Warm friendly, helpful staff comfortable beds
The wi fi wasn't very good
Close to airport and shuttle to and from hotel. Pool was heated. Nice breakfast. Clean hotel. Just wish they checked the rooms to make sure everything works before checking someone in late at night.
Broken toilet in the room with no one to fix it. There should be an on call maintenance man to fix problems that arise later in the evenings and nights. Confusing pool rules dictated by which lifeguard is on duty. One lifeguard let my little girl down the slide the next lifeguard didn't and she was crushed. Pool smelled so strong of chlorine that we needed to use a whole bottle of eye drops for relief.
swimming pool large comfortable room clean and well maintained good breakfast
Thin walls. I could hear the folks next door talking on their phone.
Very large & clean rooms, great location, plenty of parking, good wifi
We liked most everything very much. Overall... a great experience.
No room service. The pool area needed some attention in the maintenance department.
Clean friendly staff
The pool area was very nice with the Waterside and the rooms were spacious for our family of 5! I found the beds very comfortable and the hot breakfast was great! Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!
comfortable beds great pillows room darkening shades clean
didn't have fridge or microwave or safe in room
Bed comfortable, clean, desk friendly
I liked the staff, they were friendly and helpful to recommend places to see in the area.
The cleanliness of the hotel. The front desk staff was very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Enough to keep you full. We will be back.
employees smoking right outside by the elevators so it didnt smell amazing...other than that it was a great hotel
The pool was great for kids! The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was the best. Thanks!
That I didn't get to stay longer :(
The front desk clerks were very friendly and professional. The room was clean and spacious, with very comfortable beds and pillows.
The halls and common areas were too warm and humid. The pool area was filthy (grey scum near the drains and lots of trash.) The female lifeguard looked like she was 12. She was an overweight blonde with braids and pink socks who spent the entire time texting on/staring at her white iphone. She paid no attention to the multiple kids in the pool and went to the bathroom for at least ten minutes, leaving the waterslide dangerously unattended. That situation is a disaster waiting to happen. While she was in the bathroom, several kids went down the waterslide at once, rather than waiting for the bottom to be clear. One kid slammed into another, pushing a small girl underwater for several seconds. We reported the life guard to the front desk. A manager came and had words with her. After the manager left, she immediately started staring at her phone again. This went on for the entire two hours we were at the pool. I would have given a better review if it were not for that life guard and the filthy state of the pool area.
