Small refrigerator, microwave, good hot water, clean, quiet, very friendly and helpful manager
Very hard mattresses on very bouncy beds; very old and tired furniture; very small room; very old and tired curtains; stains (old) on the bedspreads; one very small thin tower/person; terrible pillows
Location is nice and staff was reasonably friendly and helpful. Did not use the pool but it looked good--clean water.
Did not feel like a clean, well maintained place. For example, coffee pot was dirty and the coffee grounds used by previous person had not been removed from the coffee maker. Beds in our room were in bad shape.
Location was great, beautiful surroundings and quiet.
Out dated bedding, paneling was partially off the wall. Asked for toilet paper and extra towels and never got them. Thank god we had Kleenex and napkins in the car.
Decent location, but this in no way made up for the conditions of the motel and our room.
The motel was dirty and the accommodations were just generally dingy. There were dead beetles all over the place outside the room and stains on the sheets and bed covers. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone despite it’s reasonably close location to Williams college. We paid probably double what the room was worth.
the place looks like desert, not well taken care off; the staff at check in was not at the office at a 3pm on a Saturday afternoon, but on her room, handed me the key with half of the door open and gave me a little form to feel and leave on the room . At check ou on 11 am on Sunday, there was nobody at the office and just an envelope to leave the keys. The place inspired no security what so ever, totally abandoned. 3 pillow cases out of four where dirty and had not been changed; spider webs all over the stairs ways and the outside of the place was dirty and old. I am very disappointed that this place was listed at booking.com. It decreased my trust on the site.
simple, no frills, old school motel.
bed mattresses were like sponge cakes.
price clean room quiet good value for basic room free WIFI
