Green Valley Resort Rentals    

The condo was awesome for a family, room to visit, play cards and just hang out. It beat staying in a cramped hotel room any day..

The 2 bedroom condo we stayed in was very spacious.

We were so disappointed in the room that we only stayed one night. The room was nothing like the pictures and web site describe. Unknown to us the "resort" is not even on their property. The "resort" is simple a rental company for individuals to rent out their personal condos. Our bed was terrible, we had queen pillows, which were like rubber and standard pillowcases so pillow wasn't even covered. The lotion, shampoo etc. smelled sour. We checked out early and will never go back to Green Valley Resort.

I stayed in room 806 and it was simply beautiful. Loved it and felt the staff was very willing to help.

had a door to the porch that didn't unlock and a shower I was unable to use because of a known plumbing issue before I arrived. This shouldn't happen or I should have been compensated.

I loved that the room was so clean. It was so comfortable. We loved our stay and the fact that our room had the most beautiful room. If we ever need to stay in Saint George again we will stay here. There is no other option for us. We love this place.

The furnishings were very nice, convenient for a family stay. Lots of dishes, so that we didn't have to wash dishes after every meal. Master bedroom and bathroom very nice.

We thought we were booking a stay at Green Valley and ended up at a different resort. To use the Green Valley Resort club and pool we would have had to pay $10 per person, each time, so we used the pool at the resort we stayed at. The resort we stayed at had no pool towels and prohibited usage of unit towels for the pool. Your website didn't note that we should bring our own pool towels, so we had to walk home to drip dry enough to come in the unit. The vents in the unit were mostly shut which we did not discover until the second night, so the first night was quite uncomfortably warm. We tried to use the barbeque on the deck to find that it was either broken or out of fuel. Other than those things, our stay was pleasant.

They gave us a free upgrade because there was a minor mistake in our booking. Book through the resort, not through a vendor online. They honored an offer for "buy 3, get one free" even though we booked through a vendor. (where the mistake occured) Will be staying there again! Beautiful, clean and private. Great package. We also booked spa services-icing on the cake!

Parents who allowed their children to break the rules with no thought of their safety or others. (Children jumping off fountains in the pool,when the rules clearly state it is prohibited-and dangerous!) They just looked the other way.....

Big, clean and well equiped appartments, nice pool. Good location to have a rest and to see Zion National Park. I fully recomend this Resort.

The comfort and the view, very relaxing and all facilities were beautiful. Very clean and luxurious. Was a wonderful place to relax for a couple of days after lots of travelling.

When checking in we were told there were no rooms with a good view but on entering the apartment we were allocated the decking on the patio was in poor condition. On returning to reception we were given the type of room we first requested (offered a choice of two) even though there had been none available five minutes earlier. Should we have bribed the receptionist with the twenty dollar sandwich?

we had a nice time at the pool all day, liked that at lunch they had a place to buy grilled hamburgers and hot dogs (and other choices ) so we didn't have to leave the pool area when we got hungry. The view out our patio was awsome, loved that.

I wished the put put area would of had better shade, we wanted to play but it was too hot. If you just hung the cloth between the slats for shade it would of been nicer. The mattresses could of been better. The carpet needed replaced, because it was worn or stained in areas. But over all the place was nice. We had a relaxing time.

The shampoo

A $65 service charge [for what?] was fine-print hidden on the web and in the confirmation, so it was a great surprise when a $108 room became a $180+ charge. We had to wait 10 minutes for the key and front desk person did not know basic information about the #1 tourist site. The upkeep on the condo was not very good (hard to enter, tv in need of repair, ripped awning, stuck sliding door).

The pool and facillities were great and very relaxing.

Did not and was not told about the $45.00 cleaning fee, although it was written on my booking sheet. Alittle steep!

We had a great time. We just chilled by the pool and unwined from life. Looking forward to our next stay. Would definitely book at green valley resort again.

All of the fees associated for the Green Valley Resort were not stated up front. There was a cleaning fee of $55 that was clear up front.

Large apartment, well maintained, non-smoking.

Wi-Fi did not work; Too far from the access point. Received one bar on my Dell that would time out a request before you could Google the hotel name. The pool, fitness center, etc. that was to be part of the deal, was not available to us because “the apartment owner had not paid his recreation fees.” A pool would have been nice on August 3. I was very surprised at check in. I had expected $202 for one night plus city tax but found that there was a 11.5% VAT, $65 service charge and a 6% city tax for a total of $303. That was 50% more than expected. I found that my conformation did disclose the additional charges but it was not obvious. I would have walked out but they had already charged my credit card. When I asked about the VAT they said it was a tax but they did not know what it was for. When asked for a VAT tax form, they said they did not know who the taxing jurisdiction was. Recommendation: Rent 3 rooms at a nearby hotel, get breakfast and still save $100.

Nice and quiet! Wonderful and large, very spacious. All the comforts of home right by gorgeous mountains and awesome golf courses.

Could us a bit of updating, appliances, furniture....

The room was spacious.

We were charged a cleaning fee, but found dead bugs all over the bathroom floor. In addition, we arrived very late and were repeatedly asked upon arrival when we would be leaving the next morning so that they could schedule an inspection. This was ridiculous because a) we were exhausted and had no definitive plans for the next morning (we had 3 tired children) and b) we were only there overnight and there was no need for an "inspection."

Je n'ai pas aimé les charges de 40 dollars qui nous ont été facturées en sus du prix annoncé dans la reservation booking de 108 dollars portant la facture à 172, 44 dollars avec les taxes, ce qui est un prix exagéré au vu des prix pratiqués dans les autres établissements de la même ville. Ces charges ne nous ont pas été annoncées lors de notre accueil et il n'y a eu aucun moyen de les négocier au départ. En outre la réservation par booking avait été égarée.
