Spacious. Liked shampoo etc. and even purchased some for Christmas gifts.
Use contour bed pillow at home and so not used to your nice feather pillows. If I return, will bring my own.
Loved the room & bed. The room was spacious and nice and the environment was peaceful.
Didn't try any of the extra services due to the prices.
Huge multi-roomed suite; huge lounge kitchen/diner, bedroom, bathroom, dressing room, walk in shower. Two pools which were warm enough to swim in in late October.
Nothing really, it's a bit of a way (3m?) out of St.George itself but that's not a bad thing for most!
We loved having our own patio area and pool with no splashing kids. Since we didn't have ours it was just nice to relax. The first 2 nights we noticed the cleaning ladies really cleaned exceptional then our last day/night we got the feeling they're leaving so they didn't seem to try as hard. Loved not having to go through a hotel lobby.
We liked the food ok in the restaurant but it was so slow the waiter kept apologizing because they had a big party of 6 that had come. The place was empty but us and the "big party" just seemed odd.
Upscale, wonderful rooms and amenities, a great destination. Very clean, nice landscaping. Great restaurant! (Tiffany's)
Front desk refused to give a room key to my daughter, who arrived with her new baby while the rest of us were out, even after I called and asked them to help her. (Her room was already paid for!) I thought it was very odd considering what we paid for our stay. Not good!
I didn't like that no one knew how to turn on the tennis lights but one person who had gone home for the night.Very frustrating because our girls really wanted to play tennis and could not because no one could do it.So they missed out on charging us. And we missed out on playing
Bedding and bathrooms excellent
There was a cockroach in the bathroom and guests in one of the bedrooms got flea bites on their legs
Lovely, spacious, completely updated rooms and baths. Peaceful. Beautifully groomed grounds.
Perfect bedrooms with cloud like bedding. Multiple pools and adult only areas.
Dining facility was drab and in need of a lot of work. Food looked great but was served cold or undercooked. Delivery of dishes was helter skelter.
This spa and resort is amazing, and for St. George I was amazed. The rooms we're huge, the facility was full of swimming pools and sporting and finally an amazing Jacuzzi that helped me with my stress. If I ever go through I-15 again, I'm staying here no question.
Location, you have to do your research before you get there because being in the middle of a suburb isn't a easy to find location.
It was very roomy and relaxing place and the message was excellent
Fresh Starbucks coffee in room, private patio with the pool and hot tub right by the room .Bed was very comfortable.
Breakfast 2nd morning: we had to wait 20 minutes for our coffee (so sorry we have to make new coffee). Check out took more than 20 minutes (we have to wait for your breakfast bill).
The suite was a comforting delight. The (many) pools were a refreshing delight. Our room was as large as a small house and incredibly clean and inviting. There was classical music playing for us upon arrival. The food and service at the on site restaurant was excellent. The only reason I rated this wonderful place as "excellent" is because there was no higher choice. We plan to go back for a longer stay, only the next time with no children in tow. Thank you for your hospitality!
Nothing, other than we had to check out!
The experience of the resort. It was quiet and peaceful with several amenities to keep your attention
The stupid 'pool guy' cleaning the pool for an excessive amount of time and checking me out the whole time. Couldn't relax to myself.
Beautiful room with comfy beds. Each guest is gifted with sample spa products in the room. Private patios and a myriad of activities to partake in. We will definitely come back the next time we travel to Utah.
We loved our visit to Green Velley Spa. The room, beds, bath, spa, pool were all first class. We were there "off season" so it was quiet. The room had coffee beans we could grind ourselves for morning coffee. Beds like clouds, 2 TVs, a private outdoor patio. Lovely people. Can't say enough about the place.
It wasn't as close to Zion as we hoped. About an hour away but it was worth the drive. Restaurant was closed for renovations.
We loved the place, did not appreciated the fact that the meals were very restricted to a certain time, not giving us a chance to enjoy a meal there. Hotel should accommodate clients needs, not the other way around.

It is a beautiful place where we would have liked to stay longer. Wonderful room with a nice bathroom, spacious and well equipped. The whole place is full of flowers and it smells good.
Allowed to bring pets, cleanliness and space of room
Great rooms and pools
Staff did not really convince me
Hard to find
swimming pools, rooms, grounds well kept and flowers everywhere.
lack of orientation when checked in.had breakfast package with stay and was not told need to be there by 0830 which was kind of early when have two toddlers to get together and the food was ok but nothing special.breakfast sandwich like mcdonalds but on a croissant except they were out of croissant so had on a bagel.also when we booked saw check in at 5 pm.was called by hotel and asked if we wanted an earlier checkin.said sure, they offered 12 noon but i said with 2 young kids 2 pm would be fine.we got there 2:15 and was told room would not be ready for one and 1 1/2 to 2 hours.sounds like 5 pm to me.went to lunch and made best of it and room was beautiful but could not help notice that hotel was pretty empty.we were one of two cars in 30 car parking lot.i joked with my wife we should park right next to the other car. the grounds were beautiful but we had dead trees at the entrance to the back patio.kind of strange they just did not cut down.it ruined an otherwise beautiful view.also the hotel clerk made if very clear we were an non smoking room.that was fine with us.they had people right next door to us that were smokers and when went to sit on back patio we were assaulted with stale and fresh cigarette smell.as i mentioned place was empty wnd we had small children so not great for our neighbors when our kids cried.lastly they have hikes and tours and activities that are offered but need to sign up for before 7:30 pm night before.found out at 8:30 pm when reading hotel brochure.felt hotel clerk could have mentioned on check in as i had told her had never been there before, she was very chatty and pleasant but should have given me a better orientation.she did give me good sight seeing ideas and she was nice/unlike pool girl who would give us bracelet to check in to pools.she was one of those doing you a favor doing her job.
It was extremely quite and the staff was friendly and helpful.
A very serene atmosphere , great staff and great room and bed.
Main facility out dated though a great fitness center.
