Fridge and microwave broken, no coffee pot, ice machine broken, walls had severe damage (mold, peeling paper, metal pieces from remnants of installed pieces), sheets were stained, surfaces of desk and sink had crud around them. People loitering around my room and harassing hotel patrons. Front desk wouldn't assist with getting new fridge, switching rooms (the fridge was my reason for getting a room, for my son's milk), nor did he seem to care (told me to ask other hotel for ice). Continental breakfast was closed before 9 on Sunday so I didn't use.
Dirty, holes in wall, wallpaper coming off wall, dirty carpet, one bar of soap, smelled of bug spray. A piece of cloth over the fire alarm. Furniture all tore up.you got a quarter size muffin and half cup of coffee for their breakfast We stayed one night and left after paying for two.
The room had all kinds of holes in the walls as if every thing had been pulled off. We were given the handicapped room which was not a problem but the metal piece that was in the tub to hold the plastic seat (which we did not need or use) was heavy with mildew. The linens were very stained. No maid service - not even clean wash cloths were refreshed! The office smelled. The staff was slovenly, BUT friendly. The water in the bathroom sink ran constently. We told the staff and they offered to move us but seemed to care less about the problem and the fact that it was jacking up their electric bill because it was hot water. I stayed here numerous times when it was a Days Inn and was completely satisfied. The room was basic then but clean and taken care of. We WON'T be back!
Friendly Staff. Clean room. Bed was good.
Motel needed a lot of work. Breakfast was out of OJ and milk. Shower was only cold water, so you had to take a bath.
Spartan amenities, sparse "breakfast"
They didn't honor my special request of a simple soda to be placed in the refrigerator. No rooms were available till after 3pm.
Cleanliness, easy access to I-40
Skimpy bathroom supplies
