Staff was nice and helpful during the day. Night shift was scary. Room was awful. It stunk so bad we couldn't take it. The headboard was falling off. It was dirty, mattress was so stained it was horrid. Couldn't sleep in it because just felt so filthy. Chairs were stained and bathroom was dingy. Night staff was looking in our email stuff and tattooed big guy hanging out in lobby with staff as it was locked.

Staff very pleasant...helpful! The room was not clean....bathroom was dirty...shower was dangerous not able to control the water temperature.....carpet coming off the wall...bed was not comfortable made noise...had to ask for coffee maker..iron towels, shampoo..etc.Cost was high, normal cost 39.95 market cost was 89.95 plus tax!

It is in open area and at a beautiful location... While booking the hotel through booking.com i was offered price of $119 while i was charged $45 initially for one night... But as i reached hotel I had to pay $90 for remaining days that makes it to almost ending up paying $15 extra.. I m still not clear about this.

The desk clerk was cheerful and pleasant. The bed was awful. The upholstered chairs were filthy. Only one towel and washrag was furnished requiring me to go to the office for others. In the AM, I could not get any hot water - so couldn't bathe. There was very little choices for breakfast and what was there was picked over. The noise above our room kept us awake often overnight.

I left a handwritten comment my stay was awesome. Convenient, friendly, clean, comfottable, good select of area restaurant and delivery, close to pharmacies, shopping and concenient to airport. It was more than I expected for the price and totally affordable. I would stay there again and have alreay recommended Fairview Inn to others.

Affordable price and polite service...But overall, the place is more fitting for simply sleep, nothing more Bed spread wasnt too comfortable...toilet backed up (no bowel movement was made that caused this)

The plastic portion of the pull-on/push-off valve on the shower was broken throughout the stay and I would have to use a wash cloth to pull on the broken pieces so I wouldn't get cut. Also, the "free" breakfast had burned coffee, no sweet rolls, no fresh fruit, and no juice.

Location. Very very ery disappointed. The property was very run down. Rooms had stink bugs crawling in the corners of the ceiling. Would have stayed elsewhere if rooms were available. Never again!
