The lights all had low, energy saving bulbs in them which were fine for sleeping and just watching TV, but getting dressed and combing hair and putting on makeup was difficult. I had to sit in the outside window to apply makeup & not care what passersby thought. The room's furniture was generally older, but in pretty good condition; however, the bed linens were NOT. We traded one set of bed sheets due to a large dark stain on one side & got another with cigarette holes in it (we were in a nonsmoking room, but we knew there were smoking rooms also.) The sheets were clean, just needed to be replaced.
The location was very convenient for us attending a wedding in Greensboro from PA. It was easy to find, just off a main thoroughfare. It was clean, had a micro & fridge and the bed was comfortable and breakfast was included. Needed to de-wrinkle some clothes, so used the laundry facilities - old, but did the job. For the low price we paid for the room for (2) nights, we were generally happy.

The bed was soft

Non-smoking room stank of cigarettes, no tissues, sink light flickered constantly. Prepay required for the second night before I got into the room. That should have been the tip off that it was a rip off.
Close to Embassy Suites where I was attending a meeting

old dated, uncomfortable bed, not very clean, loud music playing until 3am in the reception hall next door.
Breakfast and the rate per night.

First, no one where in the booking did they say they were going to charge my first night to my credit card. Second, the nicest area about this place is the lobby, apparently that's where all the money went. The room smelled and the floor by the bathroom was soaking wet. The toilet looked like something out of a horror movie and the shower flipped from cold water to extremely hot water while you were in it. There is also a club next door so if you want to get sleep, don't go on the weekend. People were very loud and rand around banging on doors. Housekeeping was a joke. I have never been that disappointed in a hotel.
The bed was ok.

The hotel is next to a loud strip club!
The staff was very helpful and nice.

Wifi never worked during my 4 day stay, which was a real inconvenience. There are very few dining opportunities close by if you don't have a car.
Nice people, and considering hotel pricing during Market week, this was okay. Market shuttle stop is about a block away.

Poor facilities...shower weak and was difficult to get enough water from sink to brush teeth.
Convenient location to the High Point Furniture Market

I like the lesson i learned how to feel poor and homeless again. Cheap motel i used to pay 29.99 to stay in.

The top latch was broken on my room. While no one without a key could get in anyone with a key had full access and that made me a little nervous.
The bed was very comfortable. There was a hot breakfast including waffles and the staff was very polite and accommodating.

too close to the airport, although we were not bothered by LATE night planes.
Very clean! The large sink & shelf area.

My short stay.
I love everything about it.
March 27, 2015
Only hot breakfast item was waffles, no eggs. Fruit bowl had apples and oranges, but they were not fresh. As a result, I went out for breakfast each day of my 4 night stay. Bathroom sink/counter was lower than normal and sink's water pressure was too low. However, the shower pressure was fine. Note, there's an airport close by, so there is plane noise, but I only noticed it a few times a day in the morning, sometime after 7am.
For the price, the bed was ok. The location was convenient for me.

This is an old property with no amenities. For the money expect to hear everything outside your door including drunk guest, planes flying extremely close and whatever happens in the room next to you. They keep the place clean but the entire establishment is in desperate need of a makeover.

There was hair in the tub, A baggy on the floor, a small straw on the floor, and a cigarette wrapper on the floor. There was hair on the pillows and burn marks on the comforter. No coffeemaker but there was coffee in the room? Alerted staff of dirtiness and they didnt care. Also alerted them our key to the door didnt work to the hotel manager and she also was not concerned. Will not stay again.
The bed was comfortable..

1St off my family got ate up w/ fleas or bedbugs what ever they were. The night auditors name mike is racist. My boyfriend & I went up front to get drinks for the kids, smile was just coming in from helping someone I guess he stands at the door & allows a white guy to walk in but blocks the door & asks us if he could help us I said we have a room here already thank you & he lets us in. I will never stay at the hotel ever again!!!!!!

Comfort and safety

The bed wasn't the most comfortable thing in the world. But it wasn't terrible. It was also during an icy front and I wish more care had been taken on salting the stairways.
The staff was definitely friendly and more than helpful. The rooms were also clean which was my biggest worry.

Smell of smoke. Remote didn't work. Rooms badly need remodeling.
