Mi esposo y yo nos hemos sentido muy contentos, muchas gracias. El personal que atiende en todo el hotel desde el ingreso es de primera calidad, muy amigables, buena educacion y seriedad. La habitacion fue excelente. Esperamos retornar nuevamente en nuestro proximo Aniversario. Si tenemos una recomendacion para ustedes: Por favor no fue agradable que a las 09h15 golpeen la puerta para decirnos que es hora de arreglar la habitacion. Imposible, a esa hora tan temprano. El Reglamento dice que se deja la habitacion a las 11h00, mi esposo y yo pensamos que golpear la puerta debe ser desde las 10h00, todos sabemos que el Reglamento indica salir a las 11h00. Recomendamos que las mujeres usen gorro de bano al ingresar a la piscina, por una mejor higiene, ademas protegen su cabello del cloro. Insistir la obligacion de ducharse antes de ingresar a la pisicna.

Location It is outrageous that parking and internet cost extra! ( Even economy hotels provide these for free!)

ambiance, facilities sauna, hot tub, pool. Rooms were very nice Noise from hallway, guests very late into night speaking loud, noise from ice machine area. Not a hotel issue just general poor manners of people.
