bed and pillows could use updating for comfort.
Last room in Greenville. The comforter.
The smell, the mildew in shower.
Sheets smelled clean
Very small pool and dirty hallway carpet
Place was clean
Lucky to get a place for football weekend. Room was quite nice.
Hallway carpets were worn and dirty.
Everything was nice.
Breakfast could be served with more care and more options.

mattress needs to be replaced, can tell its wearing out
CHECK IN AND CHECK TIME.
SOME ROOMS ARE TO CLOSE TO RAILROAD TRACKS.
That there was a pool.
That the pool was only open from 10 am to 8 pm
Very friendly staff. Clean, spacious rooms, delicious breakfasts. It is really a super hotel! We can safely recommend it to others.
Close to college and dining
Shower not clean. Hairs on walls upon entry first day. Mold on shower curtain bottom. Cracked tub and toilet.
Odor and appearance. Need renovation
It was in a good location
The guy that checked us in was very rude. He charged us extra with out telling us. When I asked him about it he was very rude and insulted me. He even asked me if paying the difference going to hurt me and told me he was not a millionaire. Also when I got to the hotel it looked nothing like the picture.
The room could be a little bit better or remodel
Beds were very comfortable.
Hallways were dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke.
Good value. Friendly staff. Close to everything we needed. And my sister and I like that you enter the room from inside the hotel, not from the street. We felt safe.
The carpet needs shampooing and there needs to be more dusting around the TV and cabinet. I would love to see softer towels but most hotels don't have that so we bring our own. No big deal.
The owner tried to make me pay for two room because he saw my step children that were only there to visit their father until their mother came back to get them. Then when trying to explain to him as to what was happening he tried to over talk me and I can't stand that and will not tolerant that from anyone, so we left and found another hotel.
I liked the fact that it was close to slit of businesses and resteraunts. Excellent location.
The room could have been cleaner. Pillows had hair in them, ceilings needed dusting, and comforters smelled.(super8)
staff were very accomadating to my change to reservation.
smell was a little musky in hallways
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
the sink was stopped up. The staff tried to fix it but couldn't. She said she was going to let the manager know but when I checked out a simple apology would have been OK but we got nothing. It was an inconvenience
1.Carpets were filthy 2. Towels were paper thin 3. ExtremelyOver priced- it was 3X normal rate because of football weekend 4. Breakfast was terrible and inadequate
If I had to put something in this category, I guess I liked the fact that we had a tv in our room.
Not sure there is enough room to list. Upon arrival (around 10pm), the front desk clerk was nice. Perhaps took a little too long to check in. The room was what I would expect from the cheap rate. Thank heavens I travel with a can of Lysol as the room smelled. The towels felt like sand paper when drying off. Again, thank heavens I had brought several with me. After giving my toddler a bath, he ran back and forth for a bit. His feet were so black that I had to wipe off before bed. I actually took a picture of the wipes (several had to be used) because the were so nasty. The pool was a little bigger than my bath tub. As a matter of fact, one of the ball players was able to touch one side with his hands and the other with his feet. Granted he is 6'3" but that's a small pool. Breakfast was tucked away in what I assume used to be a supply closet.....There were 5 tables stuffed in this little room. However, the boys did enjoy the waffles. Over all, never again.
