Staff was friendly
Room wasn't as clean as I would like. I parked and there was a drug deal right in the parking lot!!!
The location was perfect. Not too close to ECU and not too far away. Close to everything we needed.
The bathroom wasn't as clean as it could be. There was hair left in the tub and dirt or mold falling out of the exhaust fan. There was also a plumbing issue. Water came out of the center valve stem when we used the shower.
The bed and sheets were clean and everything worked well. Thee TV and WiFi were both good.
The bathroom and sink were not clean the tub had stains and they both were dirty. The bed was very hard, but my husband didn't mind it. The door on the room looked like someone had broken in at one point or another and the facility was ran down in general. And "contanental" ment cereal and packaged cinnamon rolls.
Not expensive Close to ECU
Only had 2 small bath towels for double room Coffee maker but no coffee Nonsmoking room but smelled bad...like a perfumed spray to cover up odors
shower stop up
Free wifi, clean pool, friendly staff
The room was not as clean as it could have been. Dirt in the corners kinda thing. Plus there was a distinct smell of urine, obviously left by a guest somewhere other than the bathroom.
It is little bit older or dated motel but kept up very nicely.
Every thing was pleasant.
Breakfast hours to short.
I liked the location
This was second time we stayed here. First time was very pleased this time not so much. Carpet in rooms felt nasty. You had to wear shoes at all times. My daughter kept getting bug bites so not sure what that was. Shower was not clean.
Very nice place.
Wi-Fi Clean room and linen Moved from Greenville to Rocky Mount which was like heaven. Stayed there for 2 weeks and have no negative comment.Greenville should get tips from Rocky Mount
No recognition of internet booking Charged incorrect nights/amount No wheat bread as shown Walked with flip-flops after shower as carpets are sticky and dirty. Person on duty was extremely unfriendly when I asked for new key at 11pm when mine was not working and blamed me for keeping it with my cellphone
Front desk clerk very nice. Lobby very nice. Location was nice.
Room could have been cleaner. They said they did not receive my reservations through Booking.com but fortunatly they had an available room. Price was more than stated on Booking.com and they had no pool.
Rooms were comfortable and the staff was very helpful
Very small pool, very limited breakfast
The room was comfortable and had everything we could have needed including ironing board, micro, fridge, and coffee maker. The towels were extra soft, and we had plenty of fresh linen. The price was more than reasonable, and we loved the round table with 2 chairs. We played cards there in the evenings. That was perfect for our needs.
The day after we checked in the first thing in the morning we ran out of toilet paper and called the desk to ask for some. They said they had it, but we would have to come and get it. When we were gonna use the tissue, we discovered there were only 2 in the box. This was not fixed until after we left the room for the day. They never did provide any coffee for the coffee pot, and the only toiletry they provided other than soap was 1 small container of shampoo even though they knew there would be 2 adults in the room. The continental breakfast has some good variety, but no one was managing it at all--no clean up--no instructions as to where to find what you needed. It was totally self serve (look for what you needed). There was no one on staff to ask. No one we came into contact at the desk was overly friendly and did not seem anxious to be of service. They did not display "southern hospitality" at all. I would probably not recommend this hotel to anyone and probably won't use it again myself.
It was a transient hotel - the pictures are FALSE. This should NOT be a locationt hat is advertised on this website. There were people sitting on the outside stairs all day just watching you come and go...other sitting in chairs with blankets wrapped around them looking. There was a gentleman that was using the bed of his truck to cook. It was NOT what I expected and I believe it was falsely advertised.
The beds were comfortable. CHeck in was fast.
Over all nice.
Scent of fabric softener on bedding.
Non smoking room smelled like smoke and bathroom full of pubic hair.
The place was poor. The people staying there at the time were hanging out on the balcony, doors open etc. It was located in a less desirable part of town. After pulling up and going into the room we found another place to stay immediately. We did not feel safe staying here. If I could I would get my money back but it's prepaid and it's too late. I'm very unhappy with this place!
size of rooms
Location was close to Hookerston where i wanted to go. Nice to have wi-fi.
No toilet paper right off the bat.
