Good location for shopping, dining and seeing sights of Cow Hollow & Marina districts.
Room not fully cleaned on check-in, no remote for T.V., no toilet paper holder, staff not interested in customer needs. Late one night a staff member was loudly speaking on cell phone for hours while walking around motel's parking lot. Child relatives of staff were loudly playing on both levels of motel. Cleaning(?) product used in room smelled of cheapness. Way overpriced for quality of stay. Will warn all friends/relatives to avoid this motel!
Nothing very expensive three nights over 536 usd for that poor hotel
Room was o.k.; Beds were good, cleaning was good. There was no water cooker to make coffee or tea.
As we are independent on web, it was vey inconvenient that the wi-fi network did not function. We told the reception desk, they would reset it, but at no navail. They told me they know what the problem was, but I got the impression that they did not bother much. When we wanted to pay the ordered airport shuttle, they said that they only accepted cash for this. We went back to the room, got cash (10 $ banknotes), only to find out that they did not have change. "We can give it you tommorow" When I said, please give me back the banknotes, I will pay tomorrow yhan, the man at the desk said I should change the banknotes for smaller ones at the nearby shop. I told him I would not do yhat, he should change the money. He thereupon walked away, came back soon and threw the change in front of me on the desk. And no, he did not want to talk to me.
location staff price
poor parking. only 1 light in working in room. poor electrics-hard to find power point to plug in chargers etc. some undesirables hanging around hotel car park of a night.
There is disgusting smell in the room. There was no wifi at all during my stay. The front desk always said that the wifi would be repaired tomorrow. I stayed here for four days and I was cheated!
Good location for visits to Golden gate, Fishermen's Wharf, Lombard street, Painted ladies. There are also buses nearby that goes to Union square.
The staff was pretty rude and the wifi didn't work at all, so had to sit outside the reception to get a signal.
Parking, Price, and Noise from other travelers.
Location was great, just off Lombard St. Quiet enough to sleep well.
A bit dingy, could definitely use a total update.
I liked the room. One bed was comfortable the other not. Front desk friendly. Location great for price. Walked to pier about 2 miles. Taxi back $12. Plenty of towels and soap. Frig microwave. Plenty of restaurants close by.
Very noisy neighbor. Police where called by hotel but they let them stay another night. They were not as noisy the second night. Parking was limited but we did get a spot each night. TV remote did not run tv only cable box. No air conditioning. Overall okay but the price was not low enough for me to want to stay again. Either lower price or up the quality.
No air conditioning. Loud.
A litle bit old but very clean and in a good location. The Neighborhood is quiet and safe and major tourist attractions are nearby (Golden Gate Bridge, Palace of fine Arts) or easily reachable. The staff was forthcomming, helpful and very friendly. All in all we can recommend it without hesitation.
Cheap (for SF standards) and location - 15 min walking to Fishermen's Wharf, 3 min from bus station, 5 min from Marina. Free parking (limited places though). Nice shower.
Smallest room ever, TV not working, noisy location, uncomfortable mattress. Very poor WiFi! Dropped connection each 5 min.
Staff was REALLY nice and helpful.
Broken bed, broken shower drain, broken outlets, broken toilet (but usable)........needs new carpet.
Very bad Wifi
Small rooms and dirty carpet.
Location Best coffee
Dirty Hotel and room in bad condition Charged double for the extra night we stayed
free parking, clean area,
smokers outside window. 8am lobby coffee.
I liked the location, it was very conventiant to get to the bus! there is a liquor store/market right across the street as well!
the pillows were lumpy not too comfortable to sleep on. coffee was bad too.
Close to a nice restaurant and shopping area in the Marina District away from the main road.
Mattress was quite bad.
location close to everything
Walking distance to restaurants, bars, stores. Honest staff, I left a leather jacket and it didn't get taken.
Problem with finding parking space, stains of blood (at least it looked like that) on the fridge. Floor was soaked with water next to bed (ruptured pipe ?).
Low cost and location.
Auto night lights kept waking us up when we used the restroom and the glare from it was horrible to recouperate from and go back to sleep. Made for an overall poor review for our purposes. I have had concussions and this exacerbated my condition.
Location and free parking were good. Staff was very nice. Beds were clean and comfy.
Room needed a good cleaning, paint job and the carpet needed to go. Way overpriced for the room quality.
Location and price
Rooms are extremely run down
convenience of complementary parking, generous sized lot
dirty/stained carpet, shower drained slow so during shower water would rise, shower door was off hinge
