just wanna say that a bit because i only stay a night, so all i can say is that it was a great time fot ht e first time we use this hotel, and i like that it has a lit kitchen...... thanks !!!

oh there is no fun in the bathroom and it gets smoke when shower....

I like the set up, it was like a home away from home atmosphere. It had everything, I needed. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I plan on letting my friends know and would recommend it to them.

I also did not like the stained towels, and their were no spoons, but I was not expecting to see any so that was okay. I have been in worst places so to me it was a great place to stay. Parking should be free.

It was pretty nice but, there were a few issues. Some things in my room like the bathroom door were damaged. I am not sure what is going on with that but, overall the room was clean when we arrived. My friend and I just needed a place for one night so it worked out well enough for us to get some good sleep and relax.

The room and bathroom were extremely clean however, the towels were stained. I am not a big fan of using towels someone else has already used ESPECIALLY when the towel becomes stained. I would suggest asking for new towels or simply bringing your own. I also felt a little deceived by the pictures. The room is not a typical suite that you would see at like the embassy suites or sheraton or something it literally is just your room and bathroom and kitchen area as soon as you walk in kind of like a studio apartment.

I feel like this hotel was a false advertising I picked this hotel because of the pictures I saw on the Internet one of these reason for choosing this hotel was the outdoor pool and when I arrived at the hotel they informed me there was no pool I thought my kids and I were lied too I hope this hotel realizes that it shouldn't do False advertising.

The room was derty, sheets has some stain and the comfort was ripped of.

It was close to Disneyland and within walking distance to the Anaeheim Convention Center. The bed was extremely comfortable. I also liked having a full-size refrigerator and microwave in the room. I also liked the recliner that was in the room.

Sometime on Sunday June 24, 2012, the water for the entire 6th floor quit working. The staff did not notify any of the guest, not even a note on the door. As I was there for a major conference, I had to be ready very early in the morning in order to make 8am meetings. I had to call down to the desk on Monday June 25 to ask if there was something wrong with the water on the 6th floor. This was very poor customer service and is unacceptable. Also, the water pressure in the showers was very poor. Internet connection was slow.

The small loaded kitchen and decent room size

Didn't like the fact that the guests must pay for parking at the hotel. Also the hotel was dirty, only one working slow elevator for entire hotel, phones and toilets did not work. No hot water. I had to take a shower with cold water! They charge more for the shuttle pass than purchasing it from the driver. Plus our keys were locked 1 hour before check out time and had to tell a lady from housekeeping to open our room.

The room appeared in order. The bed and kitchen area were clean other than the vent in the bathroom which was thick with dust. Staff was pleasant.

The air conditioner came on in the evening automatically and we could not manually turn it off. There was no dial tone on the desk phone. This began on our first night. It went off automatically about 12am. Second night the same thing happened. Dial tone magically showed up the second night. I called the front desk and he came up and had to open the mechanical area to turn it off. Tempurature was about 64 degees outside. Third night and 4th morning the water level from the faucets sink and shower and toilet water level was so low we could not shower or wash appropriately.

Good location and great price

The game room was closed, the pool/hot tub was dirty, and the computer/printer services were unavailable. All of these were amenities to the stay and all were non working or in poor condition.

I arrived at the hotel and was greeted by the receptionist with a smile she explained the charges. After the transaction was completed receptionist gave me the key card and wished a happy stay. She was courteous and professional.

Housekeeping did a great job of taking care of our room during our 4- night stay. Kitchenette was nice and comfortably equipped. Easy access to our room directly from the parking garage.

No amenities....No breakfast or room service at all, and the rooms are not well insulated. The room above us had young children who were apparently jumping off the furniture and stampeding across the floor until rather late into the night. Pretty much shook our whole room. Also, ended up paying over $100 more than the "booking price"..... Pretty much a ripoff, in my opinion. I think that all charges should be stated up front, and you should know at booking what you will actually pay.

i visit anaheim for a convetion. so the location of the hotel was good for the price (nearby is also the disneyland resort. also the room was very clean and convinient. there was no breakfast but nearby there are several supermarkets. so you can use the facilities in the room and have a delicious breakfast with low cost. it was good enough for the price

low level service from the reseption. there is actually no wifi in the rooms. problems with the cable also. something important for my job. also, the receptionist firstly ask for $100 deposit for a reason i never understand. also they charged me $9,9 for a call that it was in the same town as a 'long-distance' call. this hotel was good for the room and sleeping. nothing else of facilities

Room was clean and well equipped with appliances.

The "spa" was dirty and had beer cans floating in it. The "spa" area was also not very nice looking. Had to pay a resort fee per night, although not sure what that covered considering the spa was dirty, we didnt need Internet, and nothing stood out to make it a resort. We are from Vegas, so we are used to resorts. When we first checked into our room, there was someone already staying in it. We had to take all our luggage back to the car and wait in a long line again to get a new room.

Location and cost. It was one of the cheaper accom options that were within walking distance to Disneyland (15-20 minutes by foot).

The air conditioning did NOT work in our first room. After their repair man 'fixed' the air conditioning a day later it spewed out hot air for 3 hours while we tried to get an afternoon sleep. After waking up with a throbbing head-acre because of the hot air we asked to be shifted to a different room which we were. The second room was fine for a day until the water stopped running so the shower and flushing the toilet did NOT work. The service was poor as they twice gave us the wrong directions (to a shoe shop and to the grocery store) which meant we were carrying 10 kg bags to the middle of the suburbs, rather than downtown Aneheim. Computer was broken for the first two nights there & every time we passed reception, there was a different person complaining about something. Would recommend you stump up another $30/40 per night and stay elsewhere unless you are really, really broke.
