Very enviting first stepped into the room. Very comfortable bed. Even though it was an older hotel it was very clean. Liked the laminate floors rather then carpet that is holding who knows what in it
It was close to an intersection so the street traffic could be heard along with people talking outside in the late evening.
Nothing we could think of.
Very clean recently remodeled rooms.didnt get in to G.f untill late the owner was great. Stayed up untill we got in thanks greystone
I really like the front desk host Barrny he a cute little dash hound that hangs out in the lobby Lol but seriously now the value is the best I have found in great falls the rooms are all newly renovated and really well done the staff are very helpful and pleasant and your right down town with lots of neat shops and restaurants and clubs I will stay there again for sure
The parking is a little limited up frount
It had a king bed and it was mostly newly renovated
Smelt kind of funny, blinds didn't work, bed not very comfortable
The rooms were rooms nice and we have stayed there before. I like to support the Ma and Pa small businesses, and it looks like they were really trying. When the manager figured out we were a gay couple, she started accusing us of not only taking advantage of her, but for breaking their elevator which must have broken during the night. The building reaked of burned rubber, and she didn't even ask if we were alright. She literally pointed her finger at me with her other hand on her hip and asked me if it broke when we used it. We took the stairs so... no.
However, we stayed one night and everything was fine. But the next day, we invited our friend who was recently hospitalized to come over for a visit and a bandage change before traveling home. The manager met us in the lobby with a snarky voice. "Okay, I did you a favor and let four of you stay in one room, and we don't do that here but now there is a man pacing the parking lot with a 6 pack of beer looking for your room, and there will be none of that." First off, we reserved a double room for 4 people. Our traveling friends who are married, along with my partner and I of 10 years. One straight couple, and one gay couple. She looked at me and my better half and glared. So, we agreed we would meet up with our friend who was carrying gause bandages not beer so I could dress his wounds as I am a CNA. The only place we could find was a dirty bar next door as he couldn't walk well with a broken leg and several skin grafts. In as few words as she could, she clearly let us know how she felt of our presence and probably assumed we were going to have some kinky messy sex or something in our room. And if anyone of you who has been with someone for a decade or so knows, there isn't much of that going on at all. She treated us like children, and frankly, broke my heart to hear those hurtful words in her assinuating tone of voice. I didn't feel like a customer. I felt like a child being controlled by the wicked witch of the west, and it cost me $172.20 to be discriminated against. I have no plans of ever returning. I just hope she doesn't ruin anyone else's experience.
The staff aimed to please, the shower was soothing, the room was clean and pretty and the WiFi never cut out.
Love the redone rooms and the shower was amazing!!!
Loud street. People outside our room were drunk and obnoxiously loud at 1 am.
The room was a surprise, it was renovated and upscale.
Incredible space for the money. Fabulous boutique lodging that was an amazing deal.
Clean rooms, fake fireplace, interesting decor, friendly staff
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Outside appearance is shabby. Ice was old and impossible to gather from freezer. Blinds in the room were old and several panels broken, allowing street light to flood room.
We loved the look of natural wood in the front office and elevator. As we opened the door to our room, we were pleased with the look of laminate floors, two fireplaces, one in the bathroom and the other in the room, the gorgeous sink and waterfall shower head, tastesfully decorated with wood accents throughout the room. We were very happy with our room and would recommend to anyone. From now on, when we'll go to Great Falls, that's where we'll be staying.
The noise of the street came through the air conditioning unit. A bar fridge would have made the room perfect.
Location Service Cleanliness Appearance
Good size room Comfortable bed Good security Very friendly staff - very helpful and friendly. Staff watches the many security cameras and investigates any potential issues and makes their presence known.
Very loud - next to loud bars with loud and drunk patrons. Got woken up many times by people walking by and yelling from out front of the bar. Not enough parking available Partially updated rooms - some aspects of the room are newer but shower needed a lot of work and was dirty. Rooms needed to be a lot cleaner
Shortage of electrical outlets, Needs a safety bar in or near bath and shower. Very important for safety of mature couple!
Neat and clean
Curtains so thin that they let all the light in from adjoining carpark and street lights. Noise from liquor and gambling hall next door, was very disturbing. Abusive language and possible fighting kept us awake. Shady part of town!
Just about everything. Previously I had stayed here and they had no fridge now they do. Nice place and plenty comfy.
Really great lady on reception who was helpful. Lovely room, super clean and comfy.
It was a shame that the vertical blinds didnt block out the street light so the room was lit up at night :(
The room had been newly redone and was beautiful. It was very comfortable with a nice size table and a small desk. The bed was comfortable and I had a very enjoyable stay.
The only draw back was a metal door to the adjoining room that needs painting or refinishing.
the minute we walked in we were told that what ever we needed all we had to do was ask.they are doing so upgrading and we got one of the rooms that had been completed. This room was what I can only say was out of the world not what you think you get for your money. We will be booking this again and not even going to look at another.
Rooms were nicely decorated Price was really good
Hotel was rather noisy Too much air freshener used
Hotel appeared to be renovating rooms.
No ice machine just a freezer full of ice. Old toilet placed in stairwell. Tiny rooms. Not a nice location, a shady part of Great Falls. Bird feathers throughout hallways. Smelled old and mouldy.
The size of the bed
No swimming pool No breakfast area No restaurants.
