Really great lady on reception who was helpful. Lovely room, super clean and comfy.
It was a shame that the vertical blinds didnt block out the street light so the room was lit up at night :(
The room had been newly redone and was beautiful. It was very comfortable with a nice size table and a small desk. The bed was comfortable and I had a very enjoyable stay.
The only draw back was a metal door to the adjoining room that needs painting or refinishing.
the minute we walked in we were told that what ever we needed all we had to do was ask.they are doing so upgrading and we got one of the rooms that had been completed. This room was what I can only say was out of the world not what you think you get for your money. We will be booking this again and not even going to look at another.
Rooms were nicely decorated Price was really good
Hotel was rather noisy Too much air freshener used
Hotel appeared to be renovating rooms.
No ice machine just a freezer full of ice. Old toilet placed in stairwell. Tiny rooms. Not a nice location, a shady part of Great Falls. Bird feathers throughout hallways. Smelled old and mouldy.
The size of the bed
No swimming pool No breakfast area No restaurants.
We liked the friendly staff and the clean and updated rooms.
The only reason we would not recommend is the location.
The rooms were just like the pictures!!! They are remodeled clean and comfortable! The wall fireplace is a nice touch also. Staff was also very nice and with a noon check out how can you go wrong?
Some of the people at a near by gas station were a bit interesting and made me cautious were I parked.
Price for three people/two rooms
not enough trash containers sink was too far back from front for short people. No table
staff was great, very welcoming
most of the lights in the room didn't work, no bin liner in the trash can, dust all over the TV area, not as clean as it could have been. Not worth the price I paid
We had a recently updated room and although the decoration wasn't to our taste it was very nicely done. The bed was really comfy. Loved the flooring in the room it was great to not have horrible carpet! Great place to stop for one night on our way back to Canada.
Not sure about the staff uniform, it looks more like something from a prison. But what does that really matter in a hotel.
I liked the rooms. They were very nice and clean. You definitely can't judge this place at first glance. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and suggested some great places to eat! And the little "guard" dog (tiny Weiner dog) was so cute.
I didn't like the neighbourhood this hotel was in. Unfortunately they can't do anything about that. I didn't sleep well because of a big argument/fight outside the hotel and sirens all night long. The hotel does have security cameras so their parking lot/building is quite safe.
The renovated room was alright. It was obvious effort is being made to update the hotel.
The problems with this hotel are the location and the plumbing. The location is in a questionable part of town. The noise from the crowd leaving the bar around the corner did not leave a favourable opinion. And the noise from everyone showering or using the bathroom facilities decreased our opinion as well.
The room was very cozy. We really liked the fireplace on the wall which made our stay very romantic! LOVED the sink! I am a pillow person so I really enjoyed that there were LOTS of pillows on the bed, which made our sleep very deep.
Walls were a bit thin...we can hear the people next door laughing and talking all night.
The woman at the front desk was most pleasant.
The sink leaked onto the granite countertop and was so sluggish at draining. This is a common problem at hotels.
The updates were nice and the staff was great.
The bathroom needed to be updated and the hotel was a bit strange.
Style and cleanliness of rooms. Very comfortable bed. Holy super high water pressure!!!
Outdated bathroom amenities, all functional, but still ugly.
Close to the Town centre. Easy to find. Close to paces to eat and especially to get breakfast.
It's grey because of the stone colour and the "greyness" of the atmosphere in the building. Staff were efficient but not very friendly. Located in an area where there was noise from young people in the street late at night.
the rooms were great!
the hallway needed a facelift
Room was clean and attractive, bed was extremely comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was very obvious that the hotel staff went out of their way to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of their customers. A++++ hotel all the way! I would definitely stay there again.
Could use some additional parking
Poor staff not easy to work with Self centred
It was gross. So dirty looked like the sheets hadn't been washed in a while. The carpets were stained and falling part. The bed had springs jabbing into your back the whole night. We only slept there after we went out and bought our own blankets and pills.
The black/white scheme was stunning. Very clean and inviting. Plenty of space. Liked the table and chari arrangement.
Hard to see the all-black.Blinds closed. Too many decorative pillows Liners in cans Noise of motocycles in parking lot and street Too Full stream of water from shower head.Could not regulate
Don't be fooled by the exterior of this location. The interior is beautiful, clean with NO nasty carpeting. We had a wonderful stay.
