Ligger centralt. 10 min gang fra midtby og 20 min fra Fishermans W.Ligger dog på toppen af en af bakkerne. Morgenmad var kager. Lejligheder slidte men rene. |

I liked the kitchenette and the view of the city. One of two elevators was broken so it took a while to get an elevator ride. The decor was old and the bed was too firm. |

Hotel location was excellent, and room was great with an excellent view ( 19th floor ). Rooms could do with new double glazed windows an air con for the summer weather, but overall good condition. Bathroom could have been bigger, but was fleabane wellkept |

The location was convenient for Union Square, Chinatown and the Cable Car. The kitchen and the lounge room were a bonus and were well furnished. The laundry was also well equipped with ample washing machines and dryers. A kettle was missing in the kitchen (all geared for coffee drinkers) and the compliementary breakfast did not have food for a wheat intolerant diet, quite ample for a normal diet. |

The location is just great. 5 min to Chaina town gate, 5 min to Union sq. Cemter od the Down town. Room with a kitchen and required facilities as Microwave...frige...glases... The breakfast is very, very poor, the breakfast room actualy enoght for 10 people not more.... Elevator (most of the time just one worked) at pick hour too busy |

Good location, within easy walking distance of Fishermans Wharf and very close to Union Square. Trolley stop Mason/Powell on corner of block.Room appeared clean and tidy which is a big plus. Staff were very helpfull on arrival and departure. Nothing we did not like but the breakfast was typical American, sugary everything. I would've been happy with tea and toast. |

Our room was incredibly spacious - really a one-bedroom apartment on the corner of the building, with magnificent 180-degree views of the city. The hotel's interior hasn't been renovated since perhaps the 80's, which must be why it is such great value, but it was very clean and all the furnishings were certainly nice enough, even if they were a bit older. Our king-sized bed was very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and the location couldn't be beat. All in all, a great stay. |

Middle of the city, great views from the room climbing up the hill to get there---need to explain it is very High on a steep hill! and not an easy climb to and from public transport or nearby shopping. Must have a car or taxi, and taxis were not easy to find. |

Location was the primary reason we chose hotel. We also liked the size of the suites, which worked well for a family of five. The laundary facilities were very nice. Skimpy on guest facilities. The breakfast room was small and was crowded. |

The location is excellent. You are on Nob Hill with beautiful views of San Francisco. It is by Union Square, excellent restaurants and the theatre district all within walking distance. Available parking in a secure lot with key access. A continental breakfast which is certainly adequate.I've priced many hotels in S.F. and the rate here is great. We have probably stayed here ten or twelve times and will continue to do so. |

The hotel was wonderful. Although the furnishing are old, the room was spotless. Great location, good continental breakfast and helpful, knowledgeable staff. Would definitely stay there again. |

The room was very big (actually it was like an appartment with even a small kitchen) and very close to anything worth visiting in San Francisco. There is breakfast included but don't expect too much from it (at least not if you're used to European type of breakfasts). Although the room was big, the bathroom was rather small and not perfectly clean. |

The location of the hotel is good. 1 Block from the famous cable car stop. Didn´t get my room cleaned 2 days in a row. After i was complaining @ the reception they said, there is nothing they can do, cause it´s another company... Was a bit confused... |

The situation of the hotel was perfect to visit San Francisco, near all the shops, near the Cable Car specially without car. The breakfast : the food was not accessible. We have to ask to obtain any food even the butter. |
