Ottima la posizione, centrale ma nel contempo tranquilla.Molto apprezzata la soluzione abitativa, una suite con angolo cottura e cabina armadio. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo.

Great location and room facilities. Suites are like small 1 bedroom apartments, well appointed and offering many amenities. Staff members were very friendly and helpful. Location on Nob Hill is really convenient to Union Square, cable cars and Fishermans Wharf. We syaed there twice on our vacation.

Breakfast was a bit unimaginative - sweet pastries and not much else besides. However, the pastries were very good! Room decor is maybe a bit tired and could do with some freshening up but maybe we're being picky.

It was a good location north of union square. A safe and quiet environment.

Reception area small and uninviting. Stairs to reception and lift were difficult with luggage and the porter was rarely around. Breakfast area very small . The food was fresh and for a continental breakfast was good. It was easy to collect and take to your suite.

The location is excellent for downtown activities - convenient to Union Square, Chinatown and to cable car and Muni bus routes. Staff was very helpful with directions and recommendations and with accommodating our request to extend our parking privileges for the afternoon following our checkout. Furnishings and bedding in the rooms were a little old and tired-looking but otherwise all was clean and fairly comfortable.

One should not expect a typical hotel feel with with expansive common areas and amenities. As mentioned in the hotel description, this is more like a high-rise apartment building. Safe, clean and good location from which to base a weekend trip to San Francisco at a relatively reasonable price. .

The location was excellent, the room was a great size, the bed was comfy and the staff were excellent, we did have free wi fi in the room,

The room smelled and breakfast was very poor, after the first morning we didn't bother with it. The parking charges were very high and of course tax was added to it again.

The suite was large so we could get away from one-another. The view from the 17th floor was amazing. The breakfast ladies were nice and the pastries first class. Mattress was very comfortable. Nice kichenette

Parts of rooms sort of seedy; broken soap holder in tub/shower. Needed painting; heat did not work very well and it was cold; drawers in chests did not open well; hated those hangers; did not understand their pricing.

Ligger centralt. 10 min gang fra midtby og 20 min fra Fishermans W.Ligger dog på toppen af en af bakkerne. Morgenmad var kager. Lejligheder slidte men rene.

Erg gunstig gelegen. Ontbijt was voor Amerikaanse begrippen goed.

Goede ligging, aangename kamer. De kamer die ik geboekt had was niet beschikbaar. Ik kreeg onmiddellijk een upgrade weliswaar geen kamer met 2 bedden zoals aanvankelijk gevraagd. Opgelost door op het sofabed te slapen in de leefkamer. Dit was een uitermate slecht bed maar ter compensatie hebben ze dan mijn parkingbetaling laten vallen;
