Grosvenor Suites

Hotel was in very convenient location , close to major attractions and cable lines, yet quiet.

The room I stayed in was essentially a one-bedroom apartment. The kitchen came with refrigerator, stove, and microwave and was convenient. Towels were replaced daily, and the room was vacuumed daily. The wifi internet was free. Hotel was a short walk from grocery store. The staff was professional and down to business.

The air freshener used in the hallway waffed into the apartment and was a bit overwhelming. The wifi was a bit sluggish at nighttime.

It had a kitchen, but could have had complimentary coffee packets in the room.

The service on arrival was very disappointing...The receptionist was abissmal, no personallity or welcoming. Also no one warned us to be aware of concrete curbs jutting out whilst entering the garage..... consequently my husband damaged a wheel badly. This on top of the very tired rooms, (as we booked 2 rooms bringing our daughter and family with us) Also breakfast was included, but being gluten free there was absolutely nothing I could eat and the waitress has no idea what I was talking about, asking for gluten free, or a simple banana!!!!! Also we were on the 14th Floor, the first morning we waited 20 minutes for an elevator as only one was working!!!!!!!!!

All service-minded except the one who should help us checking out.

When checking out I would appreciate the hotel employee to finish my checking out instead of showing another couple his interest and talking to them and forget a while helping me to check out. I am sorry, but I don't remember him as service-minded and did not feel quite comfortable when checking out.

This was my second stay at the Grosvenor - a convenient hotel on Nob Hill, where every room has its own kitchenette. I like staying there: the rooms are clean, the kitchen very convenient, and Union Square is just a few short blocks away.

The included breakfast doesn't have a lot of choices.

The hotel was very convenient to Union Square which was exactly what I was looking for. It was also nice to have the kitchenette.

The location of the Grosvenor Suites is was makes this hotel a great choice, it is 2 blocks away from a trolley stop and walking distance to china town and union square.

The room itself looked old. The bed was very firm and uncomfortable.

The location was wonderful--so close to trolleys which take you all over. I would highly reccomend this to anyone who wants a budget self contained unit--we had a studio which was not huge , but we managed!

One of the staff at the front desk didn't have much life about him--total lack of personality--others were great

絶好のロケーションにある上部屋は清潔で過ごしやすい。繁華街・チャイナタウンは目と鼻の先である。高台な- のでユニオンスクエアとの往復にはケーブルカーが欠かせないが、客室からは素晴らしい眺めを堪能できた。ス- タッフはフレンドリーで親切。ここのように頼んだことを即座に実行してくれるのはアメリカのホテルではむし- ろ珍しいことであろう。地下にコインランドリーと乾燥機が並んでいるのも嬉しい。朝食の少なさを指摘する声- もあるが、各種ベーグルやマフィン、デニッシュと果物、ジュースとコーヒー・紅茶が揃っているので、価格を- 考えれば十分満足できると思う。我々が宿泊した部屋には自炊設備が揃っていたので毎朝食事を持ち帰ってゆっ- くり楽しむことが出来た。
