It was awful. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.

It was filthy. The shower and tub was disgusting. The bed spread had stains all over it. Not one single towel was in our room. The area is so bad....looks like drug deals and hookers everywhere. I was scared my car or room was going to be broken in to. Condum boxes on the stairway. Toilet plunger in the hallway. Very bad experience. I reserved 4 nights and stayed one. I only stayed the first night because it was late and I had just drove for hours.

The facilities needs an upgrade. The rooms were clean but old looking! Slept well. Parking ok.

The only thing I didn't like was the window wouldn't stay open so during the night it got very hot

Very courteous , friendly at front desk. Good aesthetics on the outside of the building

Insulation very poor, therefore a lot of noise. Parking spaces are too narrow, risky to get your car dented

I liked the breakfast, the spa and pool, and free close parking.

Hair dryer didn't work.

Liked the price and the bed was comfortable.

Didn't like the cobwebs when my husband walked into them as we entered the room. Or the plugged up sink. Shower smelt like chlorine. No hot breakfast.

Dog friendly - huge plus! Staff at check in was nice and helpful. Clean and Simple. Close to a lot of places.

King sized room was not really king. Somewhat small. Bathroom & sink were small. No extras though. A little steep for what you get. $385 total for 2 nights, with taxes in a "King Sized" room, but only think King was the bed.

I didn't care for the seedy apartments On both sides of the place.

The sheets were clean. The pool and hot tub were pretty good.

The floor in our room was uneven. It felt like just the carpeting was covering a hole in the floor. Creepy. And the carpet didn't seem very clean. The breakfast was quite disappointing: instant oatmeal, cold cereal, yucky pastry, plain white bagels, no cream cheese, no spoons! I also was hoping it would be walking distance to the Boardwalk, but it really wasn't.

Philis, was great at helping us. We hated the room and the area and she was able to give us half our money back and still stay there... We really wanted to run away but that's all she could do.

All the people that use drugs either stay here or pass through looking for drugs. This motel is wide open for anyone at anytime. Very small rooms. .. and the pool closes very early. The continental breakfast, was bull... They had cereal but no bowls, their juice machine was broken and they do not replenish anything. Better luck going to Denny's, because they don't have an area to sit and eat. This motel was not good for the money, think about the cheapy dirty drug infested motels when you scroll across this one. Keep going!!!

Clean, had a pool and spa, and .07 miles from the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk.

Rooms are old and could use updating.

I like the location. Very close to downtown and the boardwalk. Room was very clean.

The fact we had to wait 2hrs after check in for the maids to clean our room so we can settle in. Also our room faced a residential area and we heard loud music all night.

It was in a good location, 1/2 from the Boardwalk. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast that was offered was good for free.

Bed was really hard. A little loud due to the pool. Also on the other side of the window was an apartment complex and it was very loud.

Rooms were nice and clean.Pleasant atmosphere. Very nice staff.Comfortable. Would use this hotel again.

I liked the outdoor hottub and the whirlpool spa tub in our room. Having a coffee pot in the room was nice and the bed was comfortable.

The rude service at the front desk - both at night and in the morning, though the morning guy was most offensive. The unkempt overall appearance of the room - clean, but needs paint in places, rusty fixings, etc. The neighborhood is not ideal - lots of loud/rowdy neighbors, cop sirens, etc. Did not feel like I had "escaped" to an Inn.

The indoor pool is actually open to the elements - the courtyard has no roof! But it was heated and the kids thouroughly enjoyed it.

The heated pool and the staff were nice.

The jets for the bathtub were difficult to figure out.

We had to leave 1 day early due to death in family and they compensated us for the day we missed. Very touching gesture.

The staff was very nice. And the breakfast was convienant and appreciated. The flatscreen T.V. Was a plus.WIFI a plus also!
