Very clean and comfortable. Excellent value.
Was charged for 2 rooms and one was never even used
The price was right. Was able to print my boarding pass from their computer and wifi was fast. Walking distance to Owl Cafe, Mexican restaurant and Panda Express. Room heater worked really well.
"Deluxe Breakfast" is cereal or waffle maker. Didn't keep up with refilling butter, etc. Bed was like sleeping on a board. If you like a rock hard mattress, this place is for you.
Cheap and convenient to I-40.
Meth head staying a couple of rooms down and general sketchy-ness of the property.
The room was nice and clean, though the bathroom was tiny. The bed was decently comfortable. The staff was nice.
The halls were too smoky, and the front desk is archaic. If you book online, be sure to do it well before arrival because they do not have a computer to look it up on. We are very familiar with continental breakfasts, and this was meager at best. They claim that it is "deluxe," but it was just cereal, bread, and waffles. A piece of fruit or a yogurt would have been nice. Other hotels in the same price range offer biscuits and gravy and sausage.
friendly, clean and quite
it was all good
Easy to get on highway! Breakfast was nice too! I felt safe here
Could not get the wifi to work and that was a downer for me. I called down to the front desk and the accent of the clerk was so hard to understand what the wifi password was. I just gave up and went to bed. It would be a good idea for them to write it down and give it to each guest upon arrival.
Place smelled like curry and crack cockroaches in room
This hotel had waffles and ceral type breakfast, it was clean, close to resturants and friends I was visiting. very convient for me.I felt safe coming and going,.and the staff was friendly and helpful. parkinglot, lobby, and hallways were well llit, Easy in and out. had fridge and Micro- in Room very nice.
other guests were a tad noisy
Suite was very nice we plan to stay again
Price was in my range. It was a place to sleep or the night. They had free wi-fi. It was close to the folks I was visiting.
Room smelled a bit funny. That might be due to the corner I was in seemed to be the hang out for the smokers. A bunch tended to stand outside my window and talk until 2 or 3 am.
The clean room, even the bathroom sparkled.
The musty smell in the hallways. I think the carpets should be dry cleaned though they looked clean.
That I liked most was the hotel rep that checked me in he was very nice and pleasant and made the stay very nice
The room was very cozy & clean and I liked the way the bed was separated from the little "living room area." I was close to restaurants and the neighborhood was also nice. The staff was friendly and the guy who checked me in was efficient, kind, funny and made me feel welcomed. The whole hotel was clean and bright and if I ever go back to Abq for another Balloon Fest or some other reason, I'd most certainly stay here again!
The little bars of soap were just too thin and they fell apart as I was using them. I'll know to bring my own next time.
The location was good. Breakfast wasn't great but was good.
The floors were so dirty, our crawling babies had black knees and feet.
The room is clean and it does not smell at all. It's quiet. Breakfast is suficient with waffle, cereal, yogurt & fruits.
The Guest House was in a good location, and the accommodations we well worth it.
There was not much that we didn't like about the Guest House.
Breakfast was minimal at best
The location was great not far from anything we wanted to do. The staff was nice. The appearance was inviting. Liked that it had a fridge and microwave
The room was a bit run down, needs updates. bathroom very small. Not very clean, the a/c didn't work well
Asked for nonsmoking room and placed in smoking room. By the time I realized it everyone had unpacked. So we stayed.
Location was great. Room was great exactly what we needed for the stay.
Bathroom was a bit small.
no protein or fruit on the breakfast bar. Our tv did not work well.
We liked the location, central to the areas of Albuquerque we needed to be in.
First room had black mold on the ceiling in a corner. The toilet would not flush. Had to request a different room. They did give us a different room, that room had no mold and the toilet worked.
For a two-star hotel it was fine. The room was large with a sitting area separated from the bed by a half wall.
The bathroom was tiny and showed a bit of wear. The surrounding properties were unappealing, so don't look out of the window.
Huge suite, big spotlessly clean laundry, nearby are shops, good value
Towels were a bit thin as were the sheets BUT it was a great place to stay
