Overall ambience, Breakfast
Bedspread kept sling off bed. Room a bit small
The rooms were very clean and the grounds were breath taking.
Locations! Price, easy to use app to get reservations. Clean and pet friendly. We wil return.
Extremely clean and quiet. 24 hour pool and hot tub Fantastic breakfast We were there in the off-season, so we got exceptional rates.
Don't think I could afford it during peak season. Off-season rates were very reasonable.
Good location right on Coeur d'Alene bike trail. Also next to ski Gondola base and close to museum and fairly close to supermarket and shops. Room was comfortable and staff were friendly & helpful. The included breakfast was reasonable. Also provided a secure room for locking up bicycles at night.
The room we had was very dark and did not get the evening light. Room lighting was poor. The refrigerator was too small and the control did not work properly so froze all our fresh veggies on the first night. Also toilet did not always flush properly and became blocked several times.
Friendly staff. Outside room in which to lock up the bikes. Easy access to highway and a Super WalMart nearby. Great bike trail within yards of the front door. Clean and comfortable bed. Microwave and mini-fridge in room.
The property is bit dated and carbs will be all you will get for breakfast. Lots of doors closing noisily in the morning and the shower in the next room was pretty loud.
The motel was centrally located. Booking was great. The rooms were okay. Clean and comfortable. I would stay there again if I knew FOR SURE I could get the handicapped room. Beautiful location.
I requested a room on the main floor because I usw oxygen at night and my machine is cumbersume. I put that on my request but upon checking in the mgr did not notice this. An assistant reminded him there was a handicapped room available, thank goodness. We would not have been able to carry my machine upstairs. An elevator should be in place. Beds not comfortable but okay.
Very clean and quiet. Location next to the bike trail and a secure storage space for bikes is a plus.
The staff was excellent. Jane was very friendly and accommodating went out of her way to make us comfortable.
The fact that smoking was allowed in some of the rooms. In Oregon all of the hotels are a smoke-free facility. Need more variety of fruit in the breakfast room
Convenient location with nearby bars and food
Pool very small for a hotel this size. Rooms were clean but a bit warn in places
Bathroom was clean. Sheets were clean.
AC didn't work. Couldn't get Staff to take care of it. Fridge didn't work so lost all our food. Mng. credited $30 out of $159 for the inconvenience. Then I discovered Booking.com had sent a confirm to my cell for $89. (No cell service until we'd driven away. I've e-mailed twice re. this discrepancy. No response. Absolutely do not recommend it.
It does seem a little pricey for the quality of the decore. The Silver Mountain Resort would have been $10 cheaper per night.
Completely bummed out that you do not have recyle bins expecially for plastic water bottles with all the bikers staying at your hotel.
Quaint. Closeness to the park. Very relaxing setting.
With dogs, closeness to back door. Constantly arousing dogs.
Friendly staff Amazing atmosphere Top-notch facility
Poor WiFi No elevator
We had a pleasant stay for 1 night (passing trough). It was clean and comfortable and we would recommend it to anyone in the area.
We had a pleasant stay and was there for just one night as we were passing through. It was clean and comfortable and we would recommend it to anyone in the area.
Overall stay was pretty good!
The room above us either had a party going on, or someone with kids running unattended! It was slightly disturbing while we were in our room trying to relax and wind down.
room cost twice as much as it should have-we wanted to cancel-we reserved months in advance and unforseen things happened. the joint said we could cancel, but no refunds. So we went to keep them from renting the room again and getting twice the money. Will never stay there again!
wanted a queen - got two doubles handicap room felt old and outdated smelled odd and stuffy noisy poor breakfast area front desk help was scatted and a touch rude.
only area of concern was the front desk. Seemed to not exactly know what she was doing. Took a long time to check in. Everything else was fine.
General comfort of the Inn
Our room with 2 queen beds was quite small with luggage on the floor there was hardly room to walk.
Location was right next to ski area gondola.
Many wedding guests didn't get the wedding rate. Many unhappy customers.
The manager was so very friendly. When we had trouble with the tv he came right down to our room very quickly.
I asked for a quite room in my booking and they put us right next to the laundry which I was not happy about. Don't let them put you in Room 114.
The staff was friendly and there were board games available in the lobby. We spent the evening playing Monopoly. They had a decent breakfast in the morning that included make-your-own waffles.
We had a no smoking room, but there were rooms close by that allowed smoking, so the room smelled like old cigarettes. It wasn't overwhelming, but mildly off-putting.
Great value for the money.
