Clean, comfortable, great staff, wonderfuul room

The beds were very comfortable and location is great. Breakfast was fine.

Our room (227) smelled like dirty sweat socks and the toilet seat is about to fall off!

Everything. Clean, spacious rooms, friendly staff, price, location, access.

The young man at checking was very efficient and courteous. Reservations were easily made & confirmed. Rooms were clean.

room spacious, conveniient to first floor and office, private, slightly noisey at night but that settle down early

the room smelled slightly musty like the carpets had been wet. Parking tight and entrance to hotel tricky if coming off I40.

Front desk staff was wonderful. Liked being able to park near room. Convenience to I-40

Cleanliness and price

I was a lone, female traveller and the feeling of security was important to me. I felt entirely comfortable with my safety during my four day stay.

The driveway into the hotel is difficult.

Breakfast needs improving the eggs were inedible! Also the hotel authorizes an additional 50.00 above the room cost on your card. This isnt mentioned when booking online. This is not a very nice hotel so I dont get the extra charge. And you will initial a paper stating they can charge you $250.00 per incident if you bring a pet or smoke etc. No prob for us we have no pet and dont smoke

The staff was exceptional, everyone was so nice and helpful. the room was clean and housekeeping was great

the bed itself was not to my liking, the shower was to short. staying in the front rooms is a little noisy, the main road is busy.

Everything except the desk clerk on duty the morning of 23 Oct. Semmed rather snippy, like why was I bothering him. Sorry I didn't get his name. I guess he had been on duty all night.

Staff and front desk had city maps that made getting around easy.

Location, reasonably priced, good parking, helpful reception staff.

Fitness room very basic, breakfasts limited and noisy plumbing - you knew when anybody in adjoining rooms - both laterally and vertically - were showering or flushing the 'john'. No bar or restaurant - I naively thought it had these due to its size although it did not claim them in its details.

Signage not adequate from street onto property. No microwave. Breakfast skimpy, no fruit, no green tea.

Very close to Biltmore/village and Biltmore. 10 minutes from downtown Ashville. Clean, quiet, good breakfast included.

I booked through Booking.com. I confirmed a room which included 2 double beds and a roll-away. However when I arrived the attendant advised me that 3 beds in a room was a fire code violation and he could not provide.
