Clean and Simple

The only thing that would have been nice would have been a microwave.
Most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Room was nicely furnished and elegant.

Didn't care for the breakfast. Coffee was too weak. Second Morning, orange juice tasted like flavored water.
Convenient and clean

Lobby/breakfast area has to be accessed by walking outdoors, luckily the weather was good
Beds were comfortable, room clean. Breakfast is typical for free breakfast hotels. We only stayed on night while traveling. Would have loved to explore the area

Arrived early and asked if there might be a chance we could leave our luggage somewhere but the front desk wasn't helpful.
Convenient to the Biltmore.
April 12, 2015
Room had musty smell.
April 11, 2015
The ice machine upstairs did not work. Was a very bad entrance/exit thru the Steak House lot. No signage on the street as to where to turn?
Was very close to Biltmore Mansion.

We were close to everything we wanted to see. Breakfast was basic but we knew we would be enjoying other Asheville cuisine.

Breakfast dinning could have had more seating and needed some proteins
Nice breakfast area

Parking - was not at the front door.
Friendly, helpful, close to restaurants.

I thought the rate was high but the room was very small. The whole room needs to be updated to have a shower in place of a bathtub and a newer television.. .
March 17, 2015
Room and bathroom wasn't the cleanest- not dirty enough to complain about but enough to make you think twice about it. Breakfast options were available - French toast sticks were good but eggs were watery and gritty. They had overflow parking- which was nice but we were not initially at check in told where it was and by the time we got back in the evening hotel parking was full.
Location was convenient to highway and area attractions. Breakfast was included.

Did not like that you had to drive through the parking lot of the Texas Road House Restaurant to get to the hotel way to congested.
Friendly and helpful staff.

that our room was located on one end and we had to park on other end of hotel
The closeness to everything

The free breakfast had more choices for a high carb diet with only mediocre eggs for the protein selection. The addition of perhaps sausages or bacon would have been welcomed.
Chris was cordial at check-in, as was Tim at check-out. Our king room was very clean with all the required creature comforts. Location was literally 5 minutes away from our Biltmore destination. We walked to the adjacent Texas Roadhouse for dinner-excellent for steaks and fresh sides. I can definitely recommend Guest House International and we will be back!

U have to go through the Texas Roadhouse parking lot to get to the motel which was a nightmare getting in and out of the parking lot
It was clean. That says it all for me

the breakfast food serving area was a bit cramped, but certainly not a complaint.
convenience & helpful staff

While no problem for us finding convenient parking accessed by the sidewalk, we note the first floor pool rooms do not have parking spots directly in front of them.
We were greeted cordially at checkin and had a quiet, very clean, comfortable k room at the closed outdoor pool. Hot & cold breakfast was a good send off to tour very nearby Biltmore.

Manager is not personable and is rude. Asked for owners name and never got a response other than I wouldn't speak their language. Parking and driveway are horrible. Not gluten-free friendly. Rules to be followed are not posted and you are threatened to be thrown out with no refund without warning. Rooms are noisy and you must call front desk to get the problem resolved instead of trying to go back to sleep. They share a driveway/parking lot with a Texas Roadhouse and on Friday night getting into the hotel is tricky. Parking for hotel guests is not adequate.there are no microwaves in the room and the one in the lobby is old and inefficient. Very disappointed in the facility and I would not recommend it for human stay.
The room was clean upon arrival. Clean beds and towels

You have to drive through the Longhorn Steakhouse parking lot to get to the hotel. It was confusing.
Comfy beds, good location that was convenient to Biltmore and downtown, and the rooms were clean and updated.
