The closeness to everything
that our room was located on one end and we had to park on other end of hotel
Chris was cordial at check-in, as was Tim at check-out. Our king room was very clean with all the required creature comforts. Location was literally 5 minutes away from our Biltmore destination. We walked to the adjacent Texas Roadhouse for dinner-excellent for steaks and fresh sides. I can definitely recommend Guest House International and we will be back!
The free breakfast had more choices for a high carb diet with only mediocre eggs for the protein selection. The addition of perhaps sausages or bacon would have been welcomed.
It was clean. That says it all for me
U have to go through the Texas Roadhouse parking lot to get to the motel which was a nightmare getting in and out of the parking lot
convenience & helpful staff
the breakfast food serving area was a bit cramped, but certainly not a complaint.
We were greeted cordially at checkin and had a quiet, very clean, comfortable k room at the closed outdoor pool. Hot & cold breakfast was a good send off to tour very nearby Biltmore.
While no problem for us finding convenient parking accessed by the sidewalk, we note the first floor pool rooms do not have parking spots directly in front of them.
The room was clean upon arrival. Clean beds and towels
Manager is not personable and is rude. Asked for owners name and never got a response other than I wouldn't speak their language. Parking and driveway are horrible. Not gluten-free friendly. Rules to be followed are not posted and you are threatened to be thrown out with no refund without warning. Rooms are noisy and you must call front desk to get the problem resolved instead of trying to go back to sleep. They share a driveway/parking lot with a Texas Roadhouse and on Friday night getting into the hotel is tricky. Parking for hotel guests is not adequate.there are no microwaves in the room and the one in the lobby is old and inefficient. Very disappointed in the facility and I would not recommend it for human stay.
Comfy beds, good location that was convenient to Biltmore and downtown, and the rooms were clean and updated.
You have to drive through the Longhorn Steakhouse parking lot to get to the hotel. It was confusing.
The room was clean and smelled good. The bed/bedding was nice, the price was GREAT and it was extremely close to the Biltmore.
The breakfast area is extremely crowded, but the food was good, so that made up for it.
Close to Biltmore Mansion. Clean comfortable room. Staff very cool. Gave us extra time to check out.
Staff was very friendly and the rooms were quiet. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean.
Room was comfortable Beds were good (not great) with plenty of pillows Well lit parking Chris at the front desk in the mornings was very helpful Breakfast was standard but good Tub and bathroom was clean Refrigerator was useful
Older property, could use some more updating Gaps around doors, even though gaskets had been added. Let the the heat out and the light from parking lot in.
Clean, comfortable room. Liked easy access toTexas Roadhouse next door. Breakfast was nice, especially self-made waffles.
Location to Biltmore Location to downtown Rooms very clean Excellent price Beds very comfortable
Didn't really dislike anything
*Great location for touring The Biltmore Estate *Nice to have a restuarant close by *Nice to have a gas station close
*Bathroom was too small
BED, CLEAN,GREAT LOCATION,PRETTY SAFE FOR 2 SENIOR LADIES.
THE BATH TUB COMODE AREA WAS INTIRLEY TO SMALL. AVERY THING WAS FINE,
We were going to Candle Light tour of Biltmore. The destination was just two stop lights down the street and then a left turn. It was also very convenient to I-40 on which we arrived and departed. Good breakfast.
Bed Was ok
Smelled of cat pee. Expected more for a room costing nearly $200/night. Clerk did not care and offered air freshener.
It was clean and in a good location. Breakfast was good.
Had some road noise because room was on side next to road. Would have moved to other side but no king beds in those rooms.
roaches in room
Everything except the entrance.
The entrance from U. S. 25 is difficult.
The location for seeing Biltmore was perfect.
Staff member Chris working the day shift Friday 8-29 was very helpful and polite.
Too expensive!!!! Should be no more than 75-80 per night. Food was ok but need more heart healthy options/Gluten free options - Breakfast prep space is way to small - needs twice the space. Room was quiet but bed uncomfortable and the room smelled bad - smelled musty/moldy.
The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful.
Poor parking; not enough spaces, very small, cramped area; difficulty getting in and out of the hotel parking lot.
The staff were so friendly and helpful :) The room was extremely clean and well maintained. The location was great only and stone's throw away from Biltmore.
Breakfasts Pool clean
