The value provided for the price was excellent. The front desk staff VERY friendly and helpful. It was great having a hot breakfast bar.

Staff is very friendly. Cleanliness of the room can be much better (hair left in bathroom is a BIG NO!). I will choose this hotel one more time, if I found the same issues with cleanliness then I will choose other hotel in the future as I come to ELP at least once monthly. Thank you.

The location is very convent and close to the El Paso airport. Also convenient to Shelter Park. My room was spotlessly clean. The staff let me into the room early so I could store my luggage out of the summer heat. Everyone seemed to be smiling.

I wanted a room with a refrigerator and this exceeded my expectations. It had a sitting area, a wet bar, and was very spacious. The lighting was excellent which is rare in many hotels, so I was able to complete my work without the usual eye strain. I had a last minute change in arrival days and even though I was supposed to be charged full price for the first night, they adjusted my reservation without any penalties. The towels were very thin and rough.

Nada me ha gustado del hotel, fui x una recomendacion pero no volveria jamas habiendo excelentes hoteles no se como terminamos ahi, diempre habiamos llegado al homewood suites y pense q iba a ser al menos parecido y oh! Decepcion! Para empezar al llegar tuvimos q cambiar de habitacion porque habia telarañas, la alfombra muy sucia y el olor en los pasillos super desagradable, si añadimos q habia una convencion y todo el dia olia el hotel a comida frita y horrible, fue muy desagradable, desafortunadamdnte ya era noche y tuvimos q dormir ahi, pero pague por dos noches, pero no pude permanecer ahi y nos fuimos al hotel de siempre. Ojala pudieran mejorar la limpieza q es basica y cuidar el trato a los huespedes al llegar. Muy muy mal!

Location was convenient to airport travel. Breakfast was good. Friendly staff. Room was big and the bathroom was very clean. Requested a room on top floor but instead got 3rd floor room and someone in room above us was walking across the floor all night. Did not care for the television location up on the ceiling.

The staff was amazing! The free shuttle was a great benefit to take me to and from recommended restaurants and the airport. I will stay here any time I am in El Paso.
