All the staff was a dream from the concierge would booked our restaurants and helped us plan all our visit of the city to the front desk which gave us our room at 8:30am - unexpected and so appreciated. I would highly recommend the hotel and I travel a lot so am rather difficult...

Had absolutely fantastic time here! The staff were just brilliant allowing me to check in at 9am in the morning, were so friendly, polite and helpful with everything. Let me store my luggage here for the whole day without charge when checked out. Good bar. Rooms spacious and very clean and comfy. Extremely fair price for such a good service and location. Will stay here every time when in Chicago :) Highly recommended. Plus, there was no noise whatsoever as stated in some reviews (or if there was it was probably me and my mates). Only minus is the parking fee and charge for the WiFi. We stayed 3 nights and on one occasion the room was not cleaned during the day but not a big deal for us messy boys anyway ;)

The rooms were ok in size The laundry service was really bad. It is supposed to be the "Hard Rock" hotel, yet we did not hear one single rock music but only hip hop and rap music in the bar! We were under the impression that the Hard Rock cafe would be located in the Hotel but we should have checked on that better. The hotel restaurant was closed for lunch on the 1st of January!! What kind of service to the guest is that.

The sheets on the bed were crisp and clean but the bottom sheet didn't fit the mattress so we wrestled all night with them. If you are going to pay $200 a night I would expect to have well fitted sheets.

Very nice room, big comfortable bed and great service. I found it very quiet and slept well with no noise from the street or at least very little. (Room 1510) The hotel has a nice gym open 24 hours.Food and service in the bar and also the restaurant were excellent. Well located for a whole host of places to breakfast lunch and dinner and great public transport. The cta system was easy to use, cheap (14 dollars for a 3 day pass) and station was a 5 minute walk from the hotel. I liked the atmosphere in the hotel bar & the bar staff were very friendly and efficient. A hassle free & relaxng stay! Thoroughly recommended.

Even though they did not have our booking.com reservation, they honoured our booking and the price we had received with booking.com. There was not as much rock memorabilia around the hotel as we had hoped.

The displays of guitars/bass guitars and the live music in the bar. Volume of the music in the lobby area was a bit loud.

The staff were extremely helpful, the location was excellent and the rooms were very clean. Some of the other guests were a little noisy (but really it is to be expected for a city centre hotel on the weekend).

Great, friendly, upbeat staff. Perfect location right on Michigan in the heart of Chicago. Fun hotel theme. We had two German high school students with us who loved the place.

The location was great and very close to the theater district. Great surrounding restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. The bar was pretty small, but loved the decor.

Excellent location! Very helpful and patient reception desk - they were open to answer all my questions quickly and fully. We had problem with safe box (it was out of order) - we called for help and it was fixed within 12 minutes! We were group of 4 in one room and we received cosmetics only for 1 person :(
