Location! It was perfect for the weekend activities I had planned with my friends. Close to train and shopping.

I didn't like that the staff knocked on my door at 10am to check to see if the mini bar was stocked.

Amazing location, the staff is very helpful, the concierge did an awesome work helping me with some demands and the room is spectacular with an incredible view...and just a few blocks away from everything you need.

The bathroom smelled of urine !!! Lights were out which made the room very dark , mold in the shower and the towels were not a very good quality snags in the towels ,stains on the towels. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Also the remote control for the tv did not work, We inquired with staff to have it fixed and it never was.

Friendly staff and spotlessly clean room and hallways. No noise in hall at night.

No free internet in rooms and VERY expensive by the day. I used my smartphone as a hotspot, but the hotel should provide it free.

Perfect location for what we wanted to do. Near everything for tourists. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We accidentally left behind an e-reader and they overnighted it to us and it arrived safe and sound. Thanks to the housekeeping staff! Great massage on-site at the hotel.

Amazing design and incredible position (you can walk to main places); very nice and comfortable bedroom with an amazing view of the city.

It's simply unacceptable that the wi-fi at the Hard Rock Hotel is not included! You have to pay 12$ per day!

We were very disappointed that there were people on our floor that never went o bed and were continuously loud ALL night. We called the front desk to send security up 3 times and nothing changed. We will never stay there again! What was supposed to be a relaxing birthday celebration turned into a sleepless night:(

Everything was in walking distance. Rooms were very clean. Which is really important to me. I just fell in love with Chicago the staff at the hotel was super friendly and I would come back to stay at the Hard Rock Hotel and reccomend it to my friends. It was just a nice 2 day get away for me and my husband. =)

Lukewarm shower!!!!! No one else in the party took a shower due to barely warm shower. Expensive hotel and should have warm/hot shower.

It was in a nice location...

The cleaning lady kept coming in our room while we were in the room. We had a do not disturb sign up... But she would keep insisting on coming in. That was super annoying.

Location was great; walking distance to all the important downtown spots and easy access to The El. Staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgable.

The beds were so uncomfortable. I woke up each night during our three night stay. The paper thin spring mattress made it nearly impossible to sleep. The decor was very outdated. No hot water in the shower anytime of day. We could hear everything happening in the hall from our room at all hours... from housekeeping to late night partiers, it was impossible to sleep in at all. The mini bar is motion sensitive, so if you want to store leftovers in the fridge and you move anything, you will be charged immediately. Our first night there, we weren't aware of this and went to put some leftovers in our fridge and the next morning, our bank account had been charged $715! Very sneaky and very wrong when we had three nights left to stay... Needless to say, I will not be staying here again.

The employee who checked us out was very kind and patient on trying to fix someone else's mistake.

The location was perfect. During our stay they provided me with a mini- fridge and microwave at no extra charge. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The exercise facility is a little small. On-site entertainment is not on par with other Hard Rock Hotels.
