Great location, fabulous building and helpful staff. Free hire of guitar for your room!
The suite has seen better days and the WiFi was very expensive.
I was charged twice for one night stay. You try to contact them and there is no email or anything to get ahold of them and being overseas is harder to contact. The staff was uptight, rude and unhelpful. They looked at you like you were some low class person. Also upon check in they said I had no reservation and said booking.com failed to book my room.
lobby has good decoration. Good location
no minibar no free wifi elevator #2 has problems with certain floors. It's tricky. basic room wihtout design.
Great locaition, super nice staff, clean and comfortable!
too dark, unwelcoming staff, barely talked to customers. the pillows were too soft and the room hot- air conditioning control was not working
Beds really comfortable, bright modern décor. Amazing views form the 21st floor!
"Free" wifi in the lobby isn't tried to charge us $15. Poor for a hotel that aims itself at younger end
Staff (except hotel manager) was extremely friendly. Very willing to assist in anyway possible.
Dirty sheets, expensive parking and poor hospitality from the manager.
décor front desk and concierge staff boutique feel ample sized room
rough towels construction noise (kept us up at night) restaurant (except the excellent Manager)
Bar closed alot... no day activity at all and closed early at night. Weird
Fast check in. Helpful concierge staff. Elevators were fast. Cleaning staff was nice.
The hotel seemed run down. The room required a deep cleaning. Bedding smelled. Shower curtain smelled. Bathroom needed cleaning that regular housecleaning would not have time to preform. Three Stars and that's being generous.
Good location, theme carried through the hotel. Friendly staff, and quiet rooms.
I wasn't very impressed that there wasn't free wifi in the rooms - it's pretty basic in most hotels now, and for the price you would think it would be included!
Centrally located, competent and kind personnel and outstanding concierge named Sheila who made my stay with her perfectly tailored suggestions adapted to my taste
Room was noisy located just above the club area and across from construction site. Staff did not offer an alternative. Probably an isolated problem give room location
We had everything right at our fingertips! As a family with a toddler we needed everything to be nearby. Walgreens is right across the street for baby items. Also the location of the hotel was so convenient. We arrived, valet'd the car for the remainder of our stay, because we knew we could WALK everywhere we planned to go.
Although the staff were helpful, we felt they were too helpful. There was an abundance of staff at every corner. Now the lobby & main floor is not that big, therefore we felt obligated to tip & used their assistance, just like they wanted.
Upgraded to the Tower and the view and room were great. Street noise was reduced
Only thing would be the street noise
Location, fun atmosphere, great staff
Would have been more comfortable sleeping on a bed of nails.
Coffee service in our room had not been reset. We had Kcups, and 1 coffee mug-- but no sugar, cream, stirrers, or additional coffee mugs!
Found nothing to complain about. Had an amazing stay
good size of the rooms perfect location, walking distance of all wonderful spots in Chicago
WIFI only in the lobby price for a parking lot
Automated minibar with no space to your own things
Knowledgeable staff regarding area attractions.
No pool. No continental breakfast. Or at least less expensive options.
Staff was helpful. The free loan of a guitar in our room was excellent. Excellent location.
No free WiFi.
Service was outstanding (from the front desk clerk whom we first interacted with, bellhop, restaurant staff, housekeeping, and gift shop). Location was perfect, and the room was larger (and clean) by Chicago standards. Plan to visit again.
Squishy pillows were only option in room (Would be nice to have a variety of pillow types to choose from). Music from nightclub could be heard in our 3rd floor room, which would have been an issue sleeping if we weren't so tired from our day in Chicago.
My 20 year old nieces were just going to see if they could leave tgeir bags until I came later to check us in. With my card and ID information over the phone they allowed them to check in at 7:30am. Thank you so much. Staff was wonderful!
The friendly staff and the rooms were really nice . The beds were so comfortable.. I would stay again..
Sunday morning we had breakfast downstairs... The waitress had us waiting forever and seemed like she didn't like her job. We had to go in twice to have someone wait on us. We were sitting outside. They were not busy. It was ridiculous. Breakfast should not take over 2 hours...and with a attitude!
Great location close to millennium park, shopping, and Navy Pier
Staff was not friendly to us, but was friendly to the people without kids.
