Hotel Express    

Bed was ok

Reservations were lost Very poor lighting- could not read Poor directions to hotel very low TV volume. With at loud had to sit on end of bed to hear. Lady at desk was over whelmed, needed help. You need to tell where you are.

It was connected to the venue where our friends'band was playing. That made partying with them even easier because we didn't have to worry about drinking and driving.

The drapes in the rooms were so long they hung in front of the output for the A/C unit and you had to open the drapes in order for the unit to work at its optimum capacity.

I have stayed at Hotel Express several times in the past year...and am always very satisfied with the Room and Hotel Staff, they are very helpful and enjoy their job there!

Hotel was not easy to find, it was behind another hotel. Could not find the front dest it was just a room with a person there. The room smelled unfresh, tv not the best and got zaped with I tryed to turn the channel. When leaving, went to check out no one was there!!! Oh and they did not ask for I.D. when I checked in. Never again will I stay at this hotel.

The pool area

The cigarette smell. Noisy people next to us. Pool closing at 9.

Wasn't at all what was depicted on the website, very cheap furnishings, no coffee pot in the room. Spend the extra few dollars and go to chain hotel

The pool and Bar area were impressive and the Breakfast was Great

The fee was amazing for a weekend getaway

This Express is connected to another hotel (The Clarion) and therfore a bit difficult to find since it was on located on the back of the Clarion.

It was fairly cost effective I suppose

The television didn't work. The sheets were not clean. There was at least a half inch of standing water on the bathroom floor which is both disgusting, as well as a safety hazard... Not an enjoyable nights rest in the least. I was never happier to be checking out of a hotel.

During a 10 day stay, the quality of service varied. Sometimes the room was made up and other times not. There were periods of time when no one was available at the front desk.

Good location,and facilities

Difficult to find a sign/indicator pointing to it's location would have helped. Girl on reception said a lot of people had trouble finding it so don't they realise it's a problem?

Cheapest in the area. Friendly staff that was responsive to most issues.

Trash found in the room - fixed immediately. Heater did not appear to work, the adjustment knob was missing - never fixed. Power cord on lamp was cut - fixed quickly. Deadbolt unoperable due to missing screw in door plate - never fixed. HBO schedule was last month's - never fixed No TV schedule saying what channel number was what station - never fixed. Breakfast: Only one or two guys to run everything. The one guy looked like he was working fast and good. But the lack of manpower lead to... Nobody collecting breakfast vouchers. One waffle maker burned all waffles - customers turned it off. No decaff for last hour one morning.

was not happy at all with hotel. hard to find. part of clarion but has different address and sign for it isn't even out front to be seen. wall of shower has mold on it and had to have the room key programmed twice. also saw people with a dog in the hallway. am allegic to dogs and cats and don't believe they monitor the place. dog was not a special needs animal. clerk was not able to answer question about hotel.

It had all the amenities of the Clarion hotel.

Our room smelled of smoke as we first entered it, even though it is listed as a Smoke-Free hotel. The floor was damp, and there were water stains on the ceiling closer to the window. The bathroom had wallpaper peeling and the bathtub chipping away. The worst part was the critters-- we bought food to eat in the hotel room, and within a few hours, ants had taken over the food we left out to eat later on. This happened to us twice in the three nights we stayed. Then, we believe there were bed bugs on both beds because we woke up each morning itchy and confused as to why... Not the best experience.

The microwave n fridges in rooms for the cheap prices. It was clean n cleaning ladies were very polite. I had left my necklace n when we wemt back, the cleaning lady had found it and turned it into the office manager. It, still nice tpto knoww there is still nice, honest ppl these days.

Our tv was small and tv remote didnt work. Plus the aitconditionor wS loud! Lol

They did place on first floor so we had easy access to facilities

1. They did not have us booked. Luckily I had my printed handout 2. bathroom was in very shabby shape. 3. carpet needed vacuumed. 4. wifi was not working. There was a storm so we were stuck with nothing to do.

It was cost friendly, and clean. Convenient to restaurants and attractions.Would stay there again.

The bathrooms are old and could be updated.

Nothing. At least there were no roaches, at least not in plain sight.

It is horrible. Old furniture, everything stinks of smoke. Other owner is very condescending.

Front desk guy very courteous, friendly and helpful

The room smell extremely musty. Even with a/c running continuously (it was off when I walked into the room) for about 6 hours, the room still smelled. Also, the bathroom's sink did not drain quickly and the tv remote was missing. I discovered the remote was missing around 11 pm when I went to bed.

the hotel was great i enjoyed it very much..I can not fine a thing wrong with the place.. If i every take another vacation i would pick hotel express my stay was great, i want to thank the staff and every one was helping me to fine a place to stay.

Can't find anything wrong

The carpet was not very clean. I don't think they cleaned it for weeks.

Motel was hidden from the road with no signage. Rooms had a funky smell, beds were uncomfortable and the bathrooms were deplorable. I would never stay there again.

Price, location, comfort. Was allowed to check in very early, which accommodated an unusual schedule.

I really was surprised at the leval of service, and room comfort for the price...staff was excellent, I will return!
