Spacious room with enough suite. The owners greeted me promptly on the spacious deck. Gorgeous water and glacier view from room and deck. Great dog.

Felt like I was staying at great-grandma's. Outdated. Dead spider found in shower curtain. Very hard beds. Woke with a neck ache. The boyfriend called it creep ville and demanded we leave early. The husband was tremendously rude to his wife. We loved the wife, but we won't be coming back.
Kitchenette was great, view from hottub was incredible. Breakfast tasted great. Host woman was attentive and friendly

Expectation of attending hosted breakfast at 8.30am. Outside access to our room via bathroom. Lax attitude to security- key not immediately available. Room smelt musty.
Views across the bay. Quietness. Arangements were made for us to have breakfast earlier when going on trip. Staff tried to help us get what we wanted from our stay in Homer. Cleanliness.

The decor was very outdated. But very clean and comfortable so not a big deal!
The owners were very nice. They were always making sure we had what we needed. The breakfast was excellent. The location is about 10 minutes from the Spit but very easy to get to. It was very quiet and peaceful. The view was outstanding.

When we got through the door in the office in lieu of a hello we were greeted with: "here is where we take off our shoes". This was the start of a myriad of instructions, recommendations and reminders after which we felt like two 9-year olds that just checked into summer camp. After the 15! minute lecture we were instructed not to tie our shoes too tight since we would have to take them off again as soon as we got to our room. We skipped breakfast as we really did not feel like being told how to sit at a breakfast table. So unless you typically need your mom during your vacation and forgot to bring her... look elsewhere! The price of more than $230 will allow you to choose from the best...

Time went by too fast (smile).
Friendly family dog; home-cooked family-style meal.

Our room was a little too warm, we slept with the windows open and it was delightful.
Nice family atmosphere, great breakfast, good sandwiches, great view. They recommended great restaurants and arranged tours for us.
