100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

it is near the shopping centers, comfortable and clean beds, kitchen equipments are handy. You have to pay in advance which is not very pleasant. The rooms are fine but the corridors smell bed. Bathroom and especially the tab is too small. |

it is very central to downtown and mayor museeums, galleries,union square shopping centers.etc they do not clean the room every day |

the rooms are small, but very nice...and the localitacion is excellent the oficce is open untill 6 pm., after that hour you can call a guy who live in the builing, but only for emergency. for my the entrance is not safe, because is not people or guard there at night, nevertheless you have a code for open the door |

Ideal location in city centre. Walk to all conveniences. Very clean rooms. Hotel staff very friendly and knowledgeable about city & sights. I recommend this hotel to all my friends. |

I'm used to cheap budget hotels but this was terrible. There is a big difference between a cheap hotel and a nasty hotel. It was dirty, loud and seedy. I did not feel safe staying here. I've stayed at hotels in San Francisco that were the same price and, although cheap, were ten times better. |

The position within the city. Yery close to Union Square and transport-buses and cablecar. We had 4 heavy bags and we found the stairs difficult (no lift). The hotel was a little hot. Our room had a bit of a bad smell, howvever when we reported this staff were very quick to try and fix the problem. Also quite alot of outside noise. |

Que cuenta con microonda, refri pequeña, lavabo y algunos utensilios de cocina La verdad nada me gustó, demasiado pequeña la habitación para 2 camas, apenas si se podía caminar, con limpieza cada 3 días, el espacio del baño super reducido y ubicado en un área bastante "caliente" muchos mal vivientes alrededor del área |

Bra att det fanns kylskåp och micro på rummet, samt trådlöst internet till rimligt pris, 3 dollar för 24 timmar. Läget är bra om man går åt rätt håll, the tenderloin ligger ett kvarter söderut, så setill att gå norrut! Trevlig personal som berättade vart alla sevärdheter fanns i staden. Badrummet var slitet och nergånget. Väldigt lyhört mellan rummen. |

quasi nulla perchè non si tratta di un vero hotel in quanto ad una certa ora nn vi è più nessuno e quindi sei solo in una sorta di casa senza la possibilità di poter interloquire con qualcuno la mancata pulizia della camera. E' inutile pararsi dietro la dicitura di albergo amico dell'ambiente per giustificare una pulizia della camera ogni tre giorni, perchè se io prenoto per soli due giorni è ovvio che il giorno dopo vorrei trovare almeno il letto rifatto e le asciugamani pulite, altrimenti mi affitto una casa e faccio tutto da me. Che albergo è? |
