Everything. It is pricey to stay here but worth every penny. We opted for a view of the pacific and diamond head which was wonderful. Enjoyed the restaurants and all staff were lovely. Would recommend
Only the cost
service,facilities and staff. free wifi
It would have been nice to have had coffee in our room.
The Halekulani is my favourite hotel in the world. The staff are so friendly, and are happy to cater to my individual needs. Most of them would even greet me by name!
The swimming pool and hotel stuffs.
Excellent location..outstanding service...beautiful room...super comfortable all round. I would definitely stay there again.
As beautiful as the hotel is and all the amenities it has, it still is a bit too overpriced. I've stayed in amazing hotels that weren't nearly as expensive.. eg Dubai, NY. That's the only negative. Still loved it!
Toomuch expensive Paid $800 per night for a room that doesn't have a coffe Machine!! In short , nothing complimentary.
Fantastic hotel in a great location. Staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. The partial ocean view room is all you need...you'll love it!
The Wi-Fi was spotty and when it did work, pretty slow.
Wifi, free but very poor connection.
Excellent staff and facilities Concern and compassion when a family member became ill. They helped us find a Urgent Care Center, and followed up by inquiring about the welfare of the family member. A sincere thank-you. I was the family member, and I cannot thank-you enough for your concern about my health.
Leaving (smile) It is truly a rare experience when you do not have any complaints about a hotel. We have only superlatives for the kind & thoughtful manner of your staff, and our lovely stay at the Halekulani. Thank-you very much.
We loved everything from the spacious grounds to the wonderful pool. The fantastic dining and the lovely beach. Best of all were the attentive staff who took care of us superbly.
We could not fault this wonderful accommodation.
All the staff members of the hotel treated us with extreme kindness and care. I was upgraded to a suite as soon as I got there, without even asking. Every afternoon, when we returned from the beach, which is right beside the hotel pool, there was a little gift or a nice invitation to a cocktail party or other even in the hotel. Surf classes by Ty Gurner's Surf School is right across the street and they leave from the hotel beach. Breakfast was perfect.
Wi-fi does not work properly in some points. Even when theres enough signal, frequently there was no access to the internet. Since I had my 4G working, it was less of a problem, but still... Valet services are quite slow. It was some 10 to 15 minutes whenever I need the car.
Charming hotel, helpful staff, great location. The 3 restaurants in the hotel are all lovely.
the part of the hotel we stayed in was a little dated. The rooms had a great balcony overlooking the pool, but there were not private...
The location of the hotel is fantastic as is the pool and outdoor amenity
We were placed in two rooms above the basement entry and woken daily at 5am with the sound of trucks unloading and reversing. This is not acceptable given the cost of staying in the hotel.
Hotel staff unbelievably helpful and friendly, nothing too much trouble. Beautiful setting and good food.
On two occasions we were told the bar was full and we couldn't be served, despite being a guest and the bar full of non guests, after complaining space was found
very nice view and room free wifi kind service
high price wi-fi speed
We absolutely loved our stay at Halekulani- a little piece of paradise where you can escape the chaos of Waikiki, but so perfectly located that you are seconds away from the fun & excitement.
Our only very small criticism is that we found the casual restaurant, 'House without a key' disappointing. The menu was very limited & the prices were expensive for the food available.
They made our honeymoon so honey :)
good restaurants, great spa, very friendly staff, and amazing concierge
furniture is a little bet old for a 5 star hotel....view is not as it looks in the pictures...
I enjoyed my meal very much in the House Without a Key restaurant and the staff were very nice. I especially enjoyed my luxury pedicure in the Spa!
The fact that I only had one night there! Needed more time.
Service was excellent, everybody was friendly. Food was top notch!
Beach access and ability to see the ocean from the pool
Some people of the staff were very friendly and helpfull.
The breakfast service would be faster and simpler using a juice distributor.
it is a wonderful oasis in the midst of waikiki ..we love everything about it…can't wait to go back...
We enjoyed the graciousness of the staff and comfort and quiet of the room as well as the easy availability of good restaurants. The pool area was also pleasant and well served.
We spent 4 nights at Halekulani and we just LOVED every minute of our stay. This place really is all about making sure that you are happy, relax and enjoy your time. The service is exceptional. Every member of the stuff we came in contact with was happy to help and did it with a smile and good attitude. We got to be there for new years eve and Halekulani has the best spot to watch the fireworks on Waikiki beach. We also recommend having few drinks at sunset at the House Without a Key restaurant. We will definitely come back on our next visit to Honolulu.
