“ The proximity to the airport was what drew me to this hotel. It was very clean. The staff was helpful and kind. We slept well and everything was really clean. We had no problem finding a restaurant in the morning, even though food was served at the hotel. Thank you ”

did not arrive till 2:30 a.m. but the desk person was extremely friendly and patient ! left early in morning again and spent little time there....had no complaints !

Well appointed. Breakfast was the well made standard. Clean. The staff was inept. Could not find reservation; after midnight. "Booking.com reservation # of no use," stated desk person. Sorted out but real disconnect.

location: located in business street and it's near by shopping stores and central Ave. - No refregitor in the bedroom! - Didn't offer a baby bed, although I've requested in advance and before check in!

When I pulled back the bed cover there was a long black hair in the bed. I slept in the othe bed and got a bite form some thing. Not very convinced my sheets were changed. This is the second time that happened at a Hampton Inn. Probably will choose another hotel next time I make a reservation.

Nous avons choisi cet établissement parce qu'il se trouvait sur notre route pour Atlantic City et que le petit déjeuner y était inclus. Cela nous permettait de sauver du temps le lendemain matin. Nous avons beaaucoup apprécié cet établissment pour sa localisation, son prix, son personnel et sa proprété. Nous y retournerons surement quand l'occasion s'y prêtera.

Usual Hampton offers. Breakfast room far to small for the numbers served in the hotel. Hampton chain need to sort out there policy with customer payments vs booking .com.

Staff very friendly, welcoming & helpful. Very clean! Breakfast was ok Some things in room a little outdated Not that I "didn't like it" as much as I've experienced better in the Albany area
