The location is good and the staff was very good and helpful. Parking was not very good, not a enough parking if hotel has a lot of guest. Rooms seemed a bit small and needed more attention to upkeep.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The beds were the best I have ever slept in and it was very clean. Breakfast was great and the pool and hot tub were perfect. Great hotel for the price. Close to everything.

They have a shuttle bus that makes two trips: hotel-airport and hotel-center of the town (quite fare away from the hotel). It's very well organize. In front of the hotel there is Applebees restaurant. Very authentic restaurant, freindly service and not extremely expensive. Value for money. It's expensive taking into account the facilities. But it's also the problem in Alaska. Everything is so expensive and the quality of the services and facilities that are giving to you are extremely poor. But I wouldn't pay more for any other hotel in the city because we visited the ones that are well reconized and they are not in the standars that you exepect for a 4 or 5 stars hotel.

The staff were fanstastic the room we stayed was very good size, clean and the bed was very comfortable, good hot breakfast with fresh fruit. Hotel has shuttle bus - convenient going to down town and the airport.

The room and bed was very comfortable, just didn't get to stay long enough, had to take an early morning flight out. We have stayed in Hamptons before....just a little shocked at the high price in Anchorage!!! Comfortable room and atmosphere. Pictures on the doors, easier to find our room.

Bed was comfortable. The only morning we went to breakfast was Saturday, October 22nd. The only thing on the breakfast bar was dry cereal!!! Very disappointed as breakfast was one of the reasons we chose the hotel. There was a long black hair in the bathroom two days in a row. We both have short silver hair!!!!!

Convenient location near the airport. Nice king-sized bed, which many places in Alaska don't seem to have. Very noisy in the morning when the trash trucks start to work. It starts at about 5:00 a.m. and woke us up, and seemed to continue until 7:00. We were on the bottom floor, which might be worse, but it seems that more sound-proofing is required.
