In the middle of everything (historic district and Hilton Head island). Much more affordable price compared to other hotels. Quiet. One day our room was not cleaned. We informed the person who cleans the room we were leaving for the rest of the day so she would know it was OK to go into the room, but obviously she didn't understand English and we're thinking we possibly confused her by saying anything to her at all reason our room wasn't cleaned our third day there. Out of all days this was the one day we really needed our room cleaned and trash pulled. Pls don't let this part stop u from staying here; we did enjoy our stay.

Location was perfect -- we had an early flight so it was very convenient being so close to the airport. Reserving on "booking.com" was incredibly easy and convenient.

Rezeption gut und freundlich. Hotel direkt an der Autobahn, viel zu laut. Nähe Historik District falsche Beschreibung, in Wirklichkeit (13 Meilen Entf.) Frühstückstische. mussten von den Gästen selbst gereinigt werden, Personal unfreundlich.

Nice comfortable beds.Friendly staff for the most part. Nice breakfast. New building. I think the rooms should have two comfortable chairs when there is more than one person staying in the room instead of an uncomfortable desk chair.We had confirmation number but took 45 minutes to get checked in said they could not find reservation. During our stay a man next door complained about us having a party, there was only my wife and I watching tv and it was not loud. The staff called we turned the tv down.I tripped over some luggage the staff called again, then the man called again and the staff showed up at our door knocking.and asking did we want to move to another room we had turned the tv down. We think the man was a racist. We don't think the staff handled this correctly. We are quiet respectful people and have never had a complaint after many years of travel. We called to add a day and could not get the same price as the one day.

Easy Check In (paid online) and Easy Check Out. I arrived at my car the following morning to find someone had left trash next to the passenger side of my car. The cleaning staff was asked to come back to clean my room, because we were not ready. When I left they were right outside the door, but failed to clean the room. I was told by the front desk staff to come down to the lobby to get clean towels. I did not feel as if we were welcome at this particular Hampton Inn. My stay at the Hampton Inn in Waller Texas was nothing like this one.
