Excellent value, breakfast for a budget hotel was good. Difficult to connect with the shuttle when arriving on an International flight.

Staff very nice. The location is remote from restaurants if you do not have a car. Be careful I went to the wrong Hampton and since all three are owned by different people I could not transfer my reservation and had to take a cab to the correct one.

The hotel rooms feels comfortable and the room is quite clean. The free airport shuttle is shared between Hampton and Super 8, so it is very confusing how to take the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Also, the shuttle went down when I was staying there, and it was quite inconvenient. Besides, booking.com says 13% taxes and fees but the hotel charged 15%. However, the hotel's website says 15%, so I think it should a problem of booking.com

Location was good for next day flight. Price was very reasonable. I could have paid less at a couple of other hotels but the reviews for Hampton were better and I know their reputation. Was very quiet for this close to airport. Staff were all very, very friendly and accomodating. The only food service available was the online ordering system and that was disappointing. Order was not completely correct and took much longer to get delivered than was quoted (tooik 1 hour and 15 min)

Other hotels in the area offer up to five days free parking if flying out of Atlanta.This hotel offer only the one night free parking and charged for the rest.

God seng. Usedvanlig forekommende sjåfør som bragte oss til car rental senter når shuttle buss uteble/var forsinket. Ubehjelpelig resepsjonist som brukte en evighet på å finne vår reservasjon. Var mest opptatt av lange telefonsamtaler. Vi ankom i kaldt vær. Rommet var gjennomkaldt og eneste oppvarmingsmulighet var en aircondition enhet plasert under et vindu, men som hadde et støynivå som gjorde det nærmest umulig å oppholde seg på rommet, langt mindre sove der.

La ubicación es excelente. El personal presto a ayudar en todo lo solicitado por el huésped. El servicio de desayuno muy bueno. Debo destacar el aseo y comodidad de la habitación; los cuales fueron impecables.

It was near the airport. The staff was not helpful. They were rude when we asked for directions to the airport. We were given a room already occupied by another person. Thank goodness they were not in the room when we opened the door. The staff was not apologetic about assigning us an occupied room. The room we got was dingy, clammy, and didn't "feel" clean. The hotel computer was not working for the guests so we couldn't print our boarding passes. We did not feel comfortable there at all. The hotel is in need of an update. We would like to have our money back.
