    Nothing

    First room with terrible odor. Makeup on the sheets. Second room, not made up at all. Third room fairly clean. Lobby carpet very nasty with stains and grime everywhere. Staying at this hotel over 25 years. Worst ever.

    Not only did I not receive the room type that I had reserved, but I could never get a remote for the tv (the channels wouldn't change without it) the room wasn't clean, there were never enough towels and the toilet wouldn't flush. The day staff was much better than the night staff. We did not switch rooms and we left one day earlier than expected because I couldn't stand being there anymore.

    once the room was ready, check-in was quick and easy. ok room with everything available that you need for a short stay. hotel was picked for its location and fullfilled all needs.

    room was not available upon arrival at 5.30 pm which was quite disappointing after a 10hrs flight. booked room type was not available and room did not feature a fridge nor microwave but does state it in the room description. staff did not want to print a receipt at departure because booking was via booking.com.

    Room n breakfast

    Staff was helpful but not consistent. One will tell you one thing then the other will tell you something else. But overall every one tried to be helpful

    We came here straight from a Hampton Inn in Nashville that was managed so much better, where the staff was so much more knowledgable and helpful, that this place suffered awfully from comparison. The a/c in our first room didn't work and the desk clerk said she'd send maintenance; fortunately, her supervisor intervened and gave us a different room. I asked for restaurant recommendations and got a printout listing about 100 places. I asked about shuttle service and was advised to walk. No bacon at breakfast, and slow-wifi--but mostly what was lacking was the sense of a well-managed team.

    The staff once was helpful... once you got their attention.

    We got there around 5:30 and our room wasn't ready (check in is 3pm) and were told to come back in 20. Came back and room still wasn't ready... Girl at front desk was nice about it but still a little irritating especially when I asked her the total as she wanted me to sign a priceless reciept and she said "I don't know how much because you booked through a third party." Fast forward to the end of the night, come back after dinner and drinks and there is vomit in the elevator. I almost threw up myself it was so disgusting. My fiancé went to get the woman at the front desk but no one was there. Some other guests in the lobby said "oh she's back there, you just have to shout for her." Oh ok? He got her attention, showed her the picture of the vomit in the elevator and then took her to it. She blocked off the elevator and I was able to get on another. (Every time we pushed the button before, it would only let us get on the vomit elevator.) My fiancé was so disgusted he asked for a managers card but they didn't have one? Tisk, tisk Hampton. I'll go back to staying elsewhere.

    Take-away breakfast bags in case you are running late are available for customers. Also free coffee and cookies at all times. The shuttle bus was quite useful and most of the staff members were very friendly. In walking distance from MARTA station.

    Decent breakfast but it could be better. Wi-fi was always available but was lagging a lot and was quite slow at times.

    I liked the location, free parking, complimentary breakfast and friendly staff.

    If we would have had a refrigerator in the room the visit would have been perfect.

    The bed was very comfortable and the chocolate cookies were delicious.

    it is OK , free shuttle to underground train , 500 meter to shopping mall .

    breakfast poor , my flight was delayed for 15 hours and I was sending an e.mail to the hotel inform that our flight was delayed for me and my friends then asking them to re fund the value of this day ( first say they will find solution and at last day they refuse)

    I liked the location of the hotel. It was within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. It also was just outside of downtown Atlanta which made dealing with area traffic easier

    I didn't like the fact that housekeeping came at 9:34a.m. I told her we were still asleep so i asked what time is checkout she told me 11:00. The next day I looked at the info in my email and learned that checkout was actually noon. We were from out and town and would have slept longer had we known we had more timel.

    A woman named Dee checked us in very quickly. She was very polite and efficient. I enjoyed the selection available at breakfast. Check out was just as easy.

    location.

    room,was not what we thought that we were getting.having stayed last December we thought we were getting same type room,clean, with refrigerator..not so lucky no refrig,room so so on being made up. made had forgotten a few thing each day, mouth wash,towel mat,toliet paper..also noticed what look like mold on ceiling by window.told manger at desk,said they would check???

    First Floor Room

    Chose hotel because it had free shuttle within 3 miles. Didn't add that on concert nights at Chastain Park, no shuttle. Also complained about noise in bathroom toilet and they never fixed. Kept me awake both nights. The free breakfast was not kept re-freshed. Coffee empty, no milk for cereal, etc. Had to constantly ask.

    The location was good and the staff pleasant.

    Went out to dinner after a long day. Got back to the hotel @10:45 pm and there was no running water for several hours. I had to get up and on the road early. When I called the front desk after I already had my pajamas on, I was told I could go to the front desk to get some bottled water to brush my teeth and wash my face. That was not convenient for me, so I used the melted ice from my ice bucket.
