The beds were comfortable and the hotel was clean. The rooms were tiny- it was difficult to walk around the room and unpack. The rooms did not have the standard amminities we count on when staying at the Hampton. The desk clerk was less than helpful at check in and there were no baggage trollies. We exclusively stay with Hampton as they have built and excellent reputation with our family. This Hotel was like a fast food motel vs the usual comfort home away from home we usually experience.

INitially we had some problems with our air conditioning and when I called the front desk, the individual came quickly to our room and repaired it on the spot. She was quite competant and very friendly as well. QUick response with a great attitude...this is sadly a rareity these days and it was nice to see it again!

We ordered no-smoking room. But there is still smoke smell in the room and in the hall way. we ordered a two-queen size bed room. The bed is small like full size bed.

They had renovations occurring to the entrance of the building but even in light of these it was a very good stay.

Everything was excellent! We had a large group and they welcomed us with a basket of refreshments and worked quickly to get all our room keys. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent, exceeding our expectations. We would definitely stay again!

Kein einziges Fenster ist öffenbar! Das ist für mich eine Katastrophe. Nachts möchte man v.a. wenn es draußen < 20 ° C = < 70 ° Fahrenheit hat, frische Luft rein lassen. Alles nur klimatisiert - das ist wirklich schlimm.

Gentleman checking us in was not gracious or friendly. Did not initially want to accept Honors number to give us credit for this stay or allow us to extend our stay by one day. Did not seem to know what he was doing. Decided to switch hotels for the second night of our stay as a result. Staff the following morning was very friendly. Will probably never stay at this hotel again.

The lobby was beautiful! I loved their high top table and chairs for seating and enjoying the breakfast and watching TV before I checked out. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and well stocked with selections. The rooms were easily accessible from the parking lot and the hotel met all my needs easily. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had no problems with the hotel.
