the lobby and lounge area was comfortable and nice to hang out at. The rooms were luxurious. The coffee and creamers were a great touch too. :)

The room and pool area were great.

The breakfast bar was poor. The eggs, bacon & potatoes were not fresh. It was the worst breakfast of it's kind that I have had.

The staff was a group of the friendliest people I have ever experienced at a hotel. From the moment we checked in and until we left the next day, everyone we came in contact with were engaging, friendly and extremely helpful!

As a Hilton Honors member, I nearly always source Hilton properties in the cities I visit. The rooms are consistently clean, comfortable and business friendly. The Boise Spectrum Hampton Inn/Suites is no exception ... and it's just 5 minutes from the airport. Well done!

Cleanines, Location, & Price

Staff went out of their way to help several times, room was immaculate, breakfast was great. I'll stay at this Hotel each time I go to Boise.

The service and hotel personnel were awesome. The rooms were above the clean standard and it was very quiet. Also, it was close to shopping and places to eat. Also the breakfast was the best ever. I had a lot to offer and I would definitely stay there again. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Really friendly and helpful staff.

The staff was wonderfully helpful when we checked in late looking for a place to dine. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. Three pillows on a bed are not enough. There weren't any extra in the closet. We called down for a delivery but he never showed. Other than that every thing else was great.

就是大堂里有一股新装修的味道，大概是最近刚装修过大堂吧。不过也无伤大雅

This was a first class hotel. My only complaint was that we had such a short time there. The bed was so comfortable that it felt as though I was sleeping on a cloud!
