The room and pool area were great. The breakfast bar was poor. The eggs, bacon & potatoes were not fresh. It was the worst breakfast of it's kind that I have had.

The staff was a group of the friendliest people I have ever experienced at a hotel. From the moment we checked in and until we left the next day, everyone we came in contact with were engaging, friendly and extremely helpful! I can't think of a single thing.

As a Hilton Honors member, I nearly always source Hilton properties in the cities I visit. The rooms are consistently clean, comfortable and business friendly. The Boise Spectrum Hampton Inn/Suites is no exception ... and it's just 5 minutes from the airport. Well done!

The service and hotel personnel were awesome. The rooms were above the clean standard and it was very quiet. Also, it was close to shopping and places to eat. Also the breakfast was the best ever. I had a lot to offer and I would definitely stay there again. Thank you for the wonderful experience! There was nothing wrong with the hotel.

The staff was wonderfully helpful when we checked in late looking for a place to dine. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. Three pillows on a bed are not enough. There weren't any extra in the closet. We called down for a delivery but he never showed. Other than that every thing else was great.

房间非常舒适，而且很干净。我们本来订了一个房间，由于只有两张床而我们有5个人不够睡，前台的帅哥很热心- ，替我们想了几个办法，最后我们决定加一个房间，而价格也很合理完全可以接受。 就是大堂里有一股新装修的味道，大概是最近刚装修过大堂吧。不过也无伤大雅

This was a first class hotel. My only complaint was that we had such a short time there. The bed was so comfortable that it felt as though I was sleeping on a cloud!
