The staff were very nice and the breakfast was very good.

Because there were smoking rooms near our room, we could smell the smoke when we got off the elevator.

Convenience to the city and help from the staff- breakfast was very good especially when compared to continental breakfasts elsewhere.

The sound-proofing, especially in the door areas, was substandard. Noise from adjoining rooms through the closed connecting doors and from the main door entering the unit was really problematic. This may not be a problem unless the hotel is fully occupied. If it is, and we were there on a holiday weekend, it becomes a serious issue.

Not much, need better coffee maker in room,need more comfortable chairs in room (recliner)

Ripoff for room. Over charged for room. Actual debit from account was over 21 dollars greater than invoice. Have generated complaint about overcharge. I am awaiting contact to refund money and get comp for outright theft of funds.

Came back late (midnight) from Basketball game and could not get in ! nobody at front desk, had to KEEP KNOCKING on front door after 5 min. or so a guy opened door,other than that was a good stay

Everything...the staff was very friendly!! The breakfast attendant was attentive and helpful...came around and checked on guests to make sure everything was ok. The front desk staff, again, wonderful... very personable.

Nothing! Oh well maybe the pre-fab egg offerings at breakfast... but there were plenty of other offerings to choose from.

It's a Hampton Inn so the layout is familiar. Salem wasn't far nor the airport or beautiful Cape Anne.

It is difficult to access as the split road complicates return from dinner venues or Salem. Our GPswould not give directs using Dearborn st which would have simplified travel and was not the fault of the Inn more their location.

Good clean fun and safe location. So much to do in area.

I liked the room because it was very clean, especially the bed.

We stayed two nights, the first morning for breakfast was great, everything was there, nothing was missing. The second morning, half of the food was missing. I really wanted to have eggs that morning and there was none, not even hard boiled eggs. It was disapointed since we saw how wonderful the day before was. We heard after that the number of guest was miscounted. Instead of 35 like they thought, there was 100. How can a hotel miscount the guests? Two things need to be fix or improve. One is the door for the room 220, there is a big gap on the side of the door, you can see light and hear noise. Secondly, we found weird that there is no changing room at the pool. The rules say you need to take a shower before entering the pool but there is no shower. Maybe this could be added. Thank you.

Free parking and GREAT free breakfast, both saving us money. Clean with friendly staff.

Directly on US1 so very easy to locate. (Ironically, it was easy, as an unfamiliar foreigner, to either exit the very busy highway too early or too late, resulting in a complex approach to the hotel.)

Nous y avons logé 3 nuits au cours de notre périple en Nouvelle Angleterre. Point de départ pour visiter Boston, Cambridge et Salem. Prix correct comparé à ceux des hôtels de Boston. L'hôtel en lui-même est "agréable", la chambre est simplement bien et pourrait être équipée d'un coffre et d'un frigo (utiles pour des séjours de plus d'une nuit). Sdd très confortable.

-- L'endroit où il se situe! Le long d'une route rapide, "compliquée" pour Google Earth et les gps qui ne le situent pas exactement là où il est. Et les embranchements des routes avoisinantes ne sont pas "évidents". On a fait quelques fois "un tour pour rien!". Il vaut mieux ne pas toujours "écouter" Juliette de Tom Tom! -- Aération de la Sdd (pas d'extracteur)
