When entering hotel very barren staff was in the back and then came out. People at the front desk not as friendly as the morning person in charge of working the food area.
Breakfast was delicious the staff was so accommodating.
checkin was unacceptable, I made reservation for 2 rooms on my Amex card-one w/wife other w/son- clerk took my card and told me I needed my son' card because I put his name on second room???? The confirmation and Booking.com charge was for total charges fof 2 rooms for 4 days each

Very inconvenient location even though it is on heavily travelled U.S. route 1. Limited reverse options to reach opposite direction to get to restaurants, etc. Would definitely not stay there again.
The hotel itself was fine.
We had trouble the whole time with our toilet....when we went to front desk to tell them they handed us a Plunger to do it ourselves....didn't fix the problem....we had to use the lobby restroom the entire stay....our bedspread had yellow stain... Around our toilet was dried urine....our room wasn't very clean at all!
We stayed in Peabody because we couldn't get a room in Salem for only one night. The Hampton Inn in Peabody was reasonably close and offered good value. The rooms were comfortable, quiet, and good-sized. The breakfast included with our rates was substantial (make your own waffles, omelets or hard boiled eggs, toast, yogurt, etc.), coffee/tea always available in the lobby. The staff was very helpful to us to get a taxi into Salem.
I was charged an additional amount of over $150 for incidental fees that would be back in my account 4-5 days later. This was never brought to my attention and if it was I never would have booked at this hotel. Now I have to deal with my bank account being overdrawn because of an expense I was never aware of. I'll put my review on every website I can. I am one unsatisfied customer
The ceiling tile fell out in our bathroom and the solution to them was to come into the room with a roll of duct tape.
1. I could not see the entrance sign at night after coming off exit 95 southbound. I drove right by it. Took 30 minutes to get back to the inn after getting directions to cross over route 1. 2. Neighbor's doors easily heard shutting - disturbing.

The staff is very friendly and polite. The continental breakfast was very good and had a good selection. If you're traveling into Salem the cab was only $18 and very close to drive into.
Close to everything, the staff was all friendly and took care of your needs,breakfast was great to eat and go I would stay again if I ever visit New England, close to Boston, Salem, Rhode Island, New Hasmpshire
Upon arrival our fridge wasn't ready. An hour later I mentioned to the front desk that we didn't have it but we were running out for a few hours so they can bring it at their leisure. Around 7:30 I called the front desk and asked about the fridge. The rep said she would see if there were any left and would call me back. She called me back about 30 seconds later to say they were all loaned out. I told her I was promised a fridge when I booked the room. She said "I'm sorry there isn't anything I can do-we can't guarantee fridges if they are all loaned out." Instead of trying to find a helpful solution she had an attitude with me and when she noticed my frustration is when she said I could put my refrigerated belongings in their personal fridge. I asked her if I would have to walk to the front desk personally with my 4 year old every time we needed something and she said yes. I told her that wasn't a helpful solution and told her I would figure something out. We decided to ask for 3 additional ice buckets and kept our items chilled that way. We did receive a fridge the following afternoon. If the company is going to be so generous as to offer a fridge which was a huge selling point of booking the hotel they should follow through and we certainly should not be receiving the employees frustration as if we did something wrong.
Booking the trio was easy and staff was friendly. Even offered a fridge in our room since we were traveling with a toddler

Proximity to local destinations including Salem, Lynn and Boston. Good location to join i95 to travel either north or south. Friendly staff willing to assist with any query. Parking facilities good and free.

Very clean. Beautifully kept room. Linens were very soft and bed was very comfortable.
The room Air Conditioners need replacing in the two rooms we stayed in for five days. Being in the Construction Field, both A/C Units were under sized for the room size never cooling the room down and very-noisy had a hard time sleeping! Beds were uncomfortable after the third nights stay, from that point on we were ready to leave! Would I stay at this Hotel again...only for short periods of time because of the beds and A/C unit problems...
