location for us was outstanding. Extremely clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast was mediocre. Beds were not very comfortable.

Quiet and close to where we needed to be. You allow people to smoke just around from the front entrance which results in a 'vail of smoke' as you come in the first set of automatic doors, and since they are automatic and large, they suck in the smoke. Also, the room had a peculiar smell...probably because someone smoked in the room (even though it is non-smoking) and your staff tried to get rid of the smell. You could do like they do in Seattle or Portland where we were in June...they say they will automatically charge the guest's credit card upwards of $250 or some such large number as a fee to clean the room if someone smokes in it.

The service and friendly atmosphere. clean and comfortable rooms. very quiet. was a very pleasant stay. will be staying there again.

Convenience in the location The Hotel was extremely cold. The hallway before the room we all commented how cold it was and than entered the room and the windows were frosted lightly on the inside. Even with the air turned off it stayed cool in the room.
