The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating. The seating for breakfast was limited and the food was mediocre.

The hotel was good value for the money, and close enough to Boston to make it worthwhile. The staff was good, and the breakfasts were fantastic, especially since they were included in the price. I didn't think the air conditioner was working that well in the room. Also, I wish the front desk staff asked if we had anything in the front desk safe. I'm used to having them in my room, and we lost 5 hours of driving time when we realized we had forgotten our passports in the safe. It's not a fun way to end your vacation when you already have an 11-hour ride home.

A lolcalização próxima a Boston e a possibiloidade de ir ao centro de Boston utilizando o metrô. Não gostei do tamanho da cafeteria pois toda manhã tinhamos que ficar esperando uma mesa. Creio que deveriam colocar algumas restrições ao uso do local pois havia várias pessoas lendo jornal ou utilizando seus laptops para trabalhar enquanto outras pessoas tinham que esperar para tomar o café da manhã.

Le personnel est acceuillant, chaleureux. L'endroit est calme mais très accessible par l'autoroute...Pour un séjour familial c'était bien adapté. Le fait que le petit déjeuner est inclus nous évite de partir avec les enfants chercher un endroit ailleurs alors qu'on connait pas tres bien la ville et c'est toujours bien de se réveiller et de trouver son petit déj tout prêt! La seule chose que je n'ai pas apprécié est la non propreté des tapis...c'est normal les tapis se souillent vite mais un meilleur entretien sera de mise. J'étais mal a l'aise de marcher pieds nus dans la chambre.
