I have stayed at this hotel before with a women's conference and I was pleased with my accomidations and service. I was very pleased with the front desk service on this trip. Very friendly and informative. The beds are comfortable. My room was clean. My husband and I booked this room as a getaway. At the time of our check in, everything was great. When we were leaving for dinner we noticed a lobby full of young girls that were in Branson for cheer competitions. All around and above our room were young loud girls who were moving furniture and praticing routines, slamming doors, running down the hall ways, loud tv'S...so needless to say my husband and I got no sleep and it wasn't the romantic night away we had hoped for. It would have been nice to have been told about the situation before putting us in the middle of all the activity. Nothing against children, we have 3.
